Your order was cancelled and while we did process a refund straight away, it unfortunately bounced back as PayFast did not have your bank details on file. A wrong order was delivered and I queried it. The correct order was then delivered a few days later and Marie from Charava told me to keep the incorrect one that was delivered prior. I am happy with how my query was handled. Thank you, much appreciated 👏

Bad customer experience

Warehouse received my order but told no one that they did not have stock. Or they did tell someone and no one told the customer. Yet the product online did not indicate no stock. I had to follow up as to where my order was, only to find out there was no stock. Bad experience.

We produce our supplements in small, frequent batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency, which does occasionally mean stock levels can change quickly. We have since improved how stock is reflected on our website to prevent this from happening again.
