First time online order experience

Ordered online for first time 
 then they obviously realised they had no stock 
.didn’t communicate with me 
.order still has not arrived 
had to email them to ask what went wrong 
then only did they apologise for mishap 
.still await the stock and they can’t give me an exact expected time of arrival !!! Just a poor overall first time online experience !!! You can do better Charava!!!

The order experience was good

The order experience was good, I couldnt pick up when ordering how long it would take to be delivered, maybe I missed it but if it does not exist, I would recommend a guideline time frame. The delivery was very quick and the Courier guy was also good. Will definitely order again.

This is a scam

This is a scam, I have not received my order placed in October and now have suddenly be billed for the same products exactly one month later.
No one communicates nor answers emails!

Great Service!

Whilst I had to wait some weeks for Spermidine to return to stock, all my email enquiries were promptly replied to.

I was blown away with how fast my order arrived! So efficient.

I've literally had the products for 5 days - but I have done a ton of research and I know they are good - but what makes this great is the service. You can't pay money for great service like this.
