I've just bought my 3rd ChargeASAP product after seeing them on Indiegogo. They have really good products, not the cheapest but worth it. I'm an Apple user and i can charge so many devices all at once. i travel a lot and have problems with hotels not having enough sockets in the rooms. This does my MacBook Pro, iPhone, iPad and apple watch all at the same and at super quick speeds (provided you have fast charging cables). Would highly recommend

This device can charge all of my devices at once much faster than any of my other chargers. It is compact which allows me to take it with me wherever I go, and the adapters mean it works globally. Really great charging device!

Omega 200w died in 2 years, used it to charge my samsung phone and watch alongside the powerbank, now wanted to plug the phone in and the led indicator doesnt work and theres a burning smell from inside the omega 200w, non of its ports work propbaly one of the capacitors died which means it was unfit for the rated currents

Pledged for a 270W GaN USB-C Charger charger via indiegogo. Never received the unit. Was told that they will reship for several months ago.. have sent them multiple emails, but they do no longer respond to my emails.

Update Nov 29th, 2024:
So after 1 year and 7 months after I contributed, and after 7 months after they first promised me to send a new item and after 5 months after I wrote this review, they sent me an email tonight where they ask me to pay them 15 USD for shipping, which I have declined... I will now ask for chargeback with my credit card instead!

Absolutely thrilled with the 280W charger! It's perfect for traveling, thanks to the numerous connections and superb output speed. Whether I'm on a trip or holiday, it handles all my devices effortlessly. The compact design makes it easy to pack, and I love not having to carry multiple chargers. The charging speed is very impressive, highly recommend it!

Pledged for a Zeus charger via indiegogo. Came with the front faceplate coming off issue. Contacted support a six months ago and was promised a replacement. I am still waiting. Have contacted them three or four times since and always get the same response...it's coming. Great product while it worked. horrible customer support. Of course phone number listed on emails is not working.

I first saw CHARGE ASAP on Indigo and I contributed to their campaign to receive their 100W Omega Charger on 23 January 2024, on Indiegogo the produced was shown as currently shipping. No messages from Indigogo or Charge ASAP so I contact them in early March and was told I need to complete a survey before they will ship the unit. I complete the survey and get a notice that I can add a Spark Powerbank for "only" $185USD so I add this to the order. Early May I still have received nothing from ChargeASAP other than emails trying to sell me more product. I contact customer support and am told the Spark Powerbank is no longer available but for an additional $35USD I can get an improved newer power bank called the Flash Pro Plus. So against my better judgement I send by PayPal and additional $35. It is May 20 and I still have no notice of shipment for any of the items (including the promised "free" magnetic charge cable). On May 6 I was told by ChargeASAP email support that they were preparing shipment and I would have the notification soon. It is May 20, most people would consider soon as within a few days. At this point I need to wonder if ChargeASAP is a scam and there is no actual product.

Customer support is aweful. I do not recommend.

Ordered a Zeus charger, which shipped in July 2023 and arrived with a frontplate that kept coming off. To their credit they mentioned there was a potential issue with some of the first models so I reached out and quite quickly received confirmation that I'd get a replacement unit.

Since then I've emailed them essentially every month for an update and been told that it'll ship soon but almost a year later I'm still waiting for the replacement, especially as the original unit is no longer reliably charging so I've stopped using it.

I made the order via Indiegogo, contribution ID 1874.

Ordered a charger. I only received a cable. Mylene, a customer happiness representative, refuses to correct the problem and send me the €110 product that I ordered.

Love my Omega charger, I cant travel without it anymore its really compact unlike my previous charger and Im able to travel between the UK, Europe and the US with one charger. Super quick to charge and Im now tempted to buy the new 280w version.

I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C Charger, first it took ages to get and then the first time i used it when i was in a country with english contact i was happy to have it with me so i put it in and charged over night in the morning the contact was broken without anyone touch it so i could not use it on the vaccation.

So when i came home i contacted support and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken one i did not have it left becuase it was completly useless.

and i did not wanted a new charger i wanted the english contact just that and they could not even send that, when i backed them at kickstarter.

So when the new model with 270 came i was nearly backing again but then why should i they could not even send me a english contact.

So what should happen if the product is broken asweel and to see all reviews i did the right choice
because they do not care about us after they got the money.

All i wants is a english contact,

then you have companys like Temu if anything is bad you get a refund and do not even have to send it back, talk about difference in customer service...

I ordered one of their Zeus chargers, but my unit arrived DOA. I contacted support, sent video-proof of the charger not turning on and was promised a replacement unit.
Nothing ever happened after that. I contacted support multiple times always simply receiving virtually the same answer "... we'll send out a replacement unit soon".
This has been on-going since June 2023.

I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months.
I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to.
I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site.
BUYER BEWARE
If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund.

The product is janky. It gave me a 240volt electric shock. They shipped me a faulty (out-of-the-box) component and have prevaricated for months. They will not refund me nor send me a replacement part without payment. They claim that they offer a superior customer support experience then run you round in circles. Avoid these people. Avoid these products.

Chargeasap aka asap technologies, but its actual legal business name in the US is Energy for All, LLC is a Nevada registered company that under the guise of company policy are actively undermining consumer trust and violating consumer protection laws in the United States and in Australia where they claim to be located.

They actively refuse to provide refunds and replacement without asking for more money for defective products. They are not only not abiding by the Federal Trade Commission rules they are also violating the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission consumer rights and guarantees, the Australian consumer rights. Both organizations say that a consumer is entitled to a replacement or a refund for faulty or defective products and no company policy can deny it, which is exactly what they do in their website and through their policy.

They purposefully make finding their business registration hard and avoid giving proper business information required by law, so no customers can complain to consumer protection agencies for breaking the law.

Chargeasap has actively refused to give me a refund or a replacement for a defective and faulty product that can become an explosive hazard with continued use, but instead have asked me test it for them by constantly charging and discharging a defective power back that overdraws power and gets hotter than 60 C or 140F when in use.

Do not do business with this company as they will not follow consumer protection laws and are actively trying to hide their legal company name and registration location from having to follow consumer protection law and from being held accountable for breaking it.

I have not been able to get anywhere with their customer service at chargeasap and I've had to go ahead and file complaints with the FTC, the ACCC, and the Attorney General in my State.
Their legal business registration is easily found in the Nevada secretary of state website under their legal name of Energy for All, LLC.

It is not about my preferences, but about consumer protection laws that chargeasap is trying to skirt. It doesn't matter that chargeasap has been violating for 1 year or 20 years. It's about chargeasap practices that go against what is required by law and obfuscating information to avoid accountability and responsibilities.

Took forever and a day to receive my used product - with no charge cable or house current adapter. The unit came in a small box that wasn't even large enough to hold the Chargeasap box, so the ends were pooched out. Opened the box to find a black mesh storage bag. Went to open the Flash box and see that the round stickers sealing the box had been cut, with smaller stickers laid over in a feeble attempt to "seal" the box. Opened that box to find a "User Manual", a small piece of paper folded over that has zero useful information on it, mostly specs, and another black mesh storage bag. That said, there really isn't much reason for a manual since this nothing more than a battery pack. It did, however, suggest using a 100w output charger to charge the unit which was at complete zero. Then it tells you to "use original or certified cables" that are not supplied. The only other item was a business type card with a code for 25% off on my next purchase (yeah, right), that itself had expired on 30 June 2021, nearly three years ago.

Great Hardware... Terrible customer support.

I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before.

Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email

One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service.

I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle.

It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.

Ordered back on the 10th of October 2023 and still have not received ,my product now 30th of January 2024. This company, in my opinion, is a Scam.

I purchased one of your chargers before Christmas. It arrived without an Australian adaptor I have been trying to get you to provide one for me but you have refused to provide one. Why?
