Poor quality
Do not buy, purchased a bag only used a hand full of times, bag is now 3 months old and the handles have started to peel.
Have been in touch with customer service with photos of the handles.
1 st I asked for an exchange they advised out of the company return policy.
I then advised my statutory rights along with advising the terms and conditions they state is not affected, I then asked for a refund, they advised this is wear and tear and will not be dealing with this further.
I advise stay away if a bag can only be used for a short period less than 3 months in my case.

I ordered shoes from their website for my graduation, but they arrived with marks over them and the heels looked worn in as there were marks on the bottom. Unacceptable.
