I had the worst experience with this brand. I had returned the items which they confirmed that I will get the refund. It has been more than 3 months but this company has been making so many excuses to send the refund. This is so ridiculous this brand is international and accept the international payment but when it time for refund they canât refund on the same payment account which is ridiculous. If you canât refund in international payment then you shouldnât be accepting the international card payment. This brand should be banned for doing this. Noone should buy from this brand. They are just fooling people. I have send more than 10 emails and the reply is the same. Noone should order with this brand. I have never seen some company taking more than 3 months to get the refund after accepting and I still havenât received the payment.
