Absolutely great experience with CharterUp!

Buses were clean and in great condition.
Drivers were professional and on time, especially since we had a complicated shuttle service.

The administrative staff was helpful and efficient with the booking process.

I would use their services again!

Kevin and Gary were great! They were on time, polite, professional, friendly, and did a great job driving our group.

Wolf went above and beyond for us over the weekend he shuttled us. He was early, and very attentive to our riders.

Noel was Great! He kept in touch!

This company was contracted to pick up and deliver guests from hotels to the church & wedding venue in the Catskills. Not only were they 35 minutes late to the church, their bus drivers were ill equipped for country roads and got the bus stuck on a small bridge-nearly toppling over. There was an extra charge for a handicap accessible bus. However, the bus driver did not know how to work the lift and consequently the handicapped adult had to be carried off, suffering undo humiliation. The bus company has not been forthright or shown any integrity in dealing with their errors.

Almost 2 weeks after the service, they contacted me calaiming they need to charge more than $400 for a 2 hours delay due to the traffic. The first thing is that we did not have full 2 hours delay, and the other thing is that they charged me per hour more than what charged me for the original service per hour. This is not serious and I will never use their services again.

The bus was comfortable, the drive polite and accommodating and informative. Overall, the ride was a smooth

Great Experience with Kevin as our Driver. He is so professional and kind. It made this trip A plusplus plus.

Love working with Eric Z. in the support group he has a lot of patience and helps me battle for the best option for our group. I can always count on the busses they arrange for us.

The booking process was easy. Communication was frequent and effective. Very easy process to follow. Online tool was also easy to use. Would not hesitate to use again.

The bus showed up a bit early which was great and when the show was over the driver was able to find a parking spot close enough to us so that we could find him easy enough in Boston. The only downer is that we asked for a bathroom break about half way there and had to wait until we got to the event. I didn't hold that against our driver because he did everything else to the tee. Thanks for getting my family and friends there and back safely! Would do it again and will request the same driver if possible.

ShunJia 646-301-1386, left the venue without the bride, groom, myself and about 12 other people. When I called and asked if he had room on his bus, which he did (I found out his bus was not full), we got I'm hoping disconnected and that he didn't hang up on me. He told one of our guests that he was leaving when she asked if she could go back inside to get her shoes. She was wearing the flip flops we supplied for our guests. He also had an issue with guests who wanted to leave early. I have booked your company again in June 2027 I do Not want him.

ZhuJie 917-200-4211, was great very professional, kibd and friendly. He actually helped people on and off the bus by extending his hand.
When I called him to let him know that about 15 people including myself, bride and groom he turned the bus around and came back for us.

I did send a review on my experience a few smdays ago but I almost positive I mixed up the names on the bus drivers but I checked by phone to make sure I am giving the right review to the right person

The driver was excellent and he took good care of us

Ashley, our driver was very attentive and kept in communication with me before during and after the trip. The Vandalia bus we had was very clean and roomy.

Experience was excellent. Driver was awesome and the bus was perfect!
Would definitely recommend them and use them again. We shopped around and they had the best process by far!
