I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by CharterUp for our recent company event. From start to finish, the experience was professional, reliable, and well organized.

The drivers were courteous and punctual, the buses were clean and comfortable, and transportation ran smoothly throughout the event. The team's attention to detail helped ensure that everyone arrived safely and on time, which contributed greatly to the success of the day.

Thank you for providing such outstanding service. We would be happy to work with CharterUp again for future events and would highly recommend your services to others.

Customer service was professional and kind. The driver was friendly, professional and on time.

Charter Up was very easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions.

CharterUp literally ruined our wedding. The bus that was supposed to pick up guests that were staying 30 minutes away from the venue and bring them to the ceremony simply never showed up. No text, call, explanation or apology - not until after our planner finally got in touch with the driver did he say he had an issue with his bus. After we had to scramble to ask our guests to call themselves Ubers/Lyfts (in an area with infamously scarce rideshare availability), he then assured that he would be at the venue at the end of the night to do the 2 loops for the guests to get back home. Less than an hour before he was meant to arrive, he sent a barely legible message saying he wouldn't be coming. So our guests had to wait around the venue for an additional hour and a half waiting for Ubers to finally arrive so they could squeeze in.
DO NOT BOOK WITH CHARTERUP

We have used Charter before in the past and have never had any problems or complaints with the vehicle and service that was provided to us. We will continue to use Charter on our next event.

Both our drivers were kind and responsive. Our trips were also very timely. Both buses were dingy and in need of deep cleaning. The second bus smelled of sewage and made for a very tough ride, including one of our students puking, probably as a. result of the smell.

Everything went great. I was kept up to date fr.om initial reservation to completion. Customer service was top notch

CharterUp has the best service in the US! Ww couldn't be more satisfied. The person who helps you placing the order, the system for payment and notifications, the driver, and the minibus were great.
I will definitely choose CharterUp again.

Amninah was amazing in assisting me with the booking of our three mini buses. She was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Our three drivers, Joe, Catrissa, and Milakas were punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me so that guests were bever waiting more than a few min for a ride. It was a wonderful experience for all involved.

Our driver was punctual and the bus was confortable while getting us to and from our destination.

booking process was easy, text reminders and services were very clear. drivers were good!

This worked well, I think next year we need to have a bit more clarity before the event though.

Keanu was so much help in booking our 2 trips! I would definitely work with him again to book our future trips. Both buses we received were great and he helped us with a last minute booking the day before our trip!

Our bus driver Mark was the BEST!!!!

Worst part was that the microphone didn’t work and we had a tour guide hop on for one of our days. I had to buy a small karaoke machine because our bus was full of older ladies!!!!!

Bus driver was on time and kept in constant communication. The ride was smooth going and coming from destination. Will definitely book again. Overall, from the booking process to the actual day, everything went amazing. Michael and Jonathan were very attentive and might I add the charter itself was very affordable. What I love the most is that you get to track your charter and stay in direct contact with the driver.

Everything was great! From the scheduling process to our trip to the beach, CharterUP made us feel like family. Our driver, Jason, was outstanding. He provided exceptional customer service, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend CharterUP to anyone looking for reliable group transportation!
