I am a trader that needed a dedicated server that was setup for my type of trading, I moved from Steadfast after 10yrs to ChartVPS and the change was incredible, Marko helped me so much, I felt great person to person support with the utmost respect. It's hard to find a company that takes care of clients like Marko does and I will be using ChartVPS's service for years to come.

I have found ChartVPS services and support to be extraordinary. It has been a great experience that allowed me to focus on doing what I needed to do!

All services were performed exactly as they said. Any time I had a question, they answered in a very short time frame. Will certainly be using them again.

Marko provides a top-notch service and professionalism that is rarely seen in businesses these days. His company (Chart VPS) provides institutional grade products at retail prices - you will have difficulty finding any other business that comes close to the value, reliability and professionalism.

Marko is also a very ethical business man. On one occasion, my payment was duplicated and Marko immediately reached out to me and refunded it without even having to reach out to him about it. -When has a business ever rushed to refund payment to you for a mistake that you made? -- That's the kind of respect and professionalism Marko has for his clients.

In a world of lousy business services and disappointments, overpromising and underdelivering, these are the types of businesses that need to be uplifted. I have nothing but great things to say about Chart VPS.

I've never set up a VPS before, so I really didn't know what I needed or much of what I was talking about. I ordered through their website, and later that day I got an e-mail message with everything I needed to log in and get started. As a first-timer, though, there were many things I didn't know how to do. I submitted a support request through their online form, and heard back via e-mail shortly. A number of exchanges ensued as I asked more questions to get up and going. After a few days it seemed evident to me I chose the wrong plan, so I sent a very lengthy e-mail with things I noticed different between my personal computer's performance and the VPS. I received great explanations in return, I did more research (thank you, Google), and continue with multiple lengthy exchanges with support via e-mail. Long story short, they ended up creating a custom VPS for me based upon my anticipated needs.

They entire time they were extremely helpful and friendly. I've never dealt with any other VPS provider, but I can say without hesitation I am fully pleased and beyond satisfied. Their service has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Great service and fast response time.

I was looking for a trading VPS on the Internet, and came across ChartVPS. They have provided everything promised, and more. Specifically, the support is always very timely and responsive, with all issues being resolved in a very short period. I am very pleased and impressed with their product and their service. My experience with Chart VPS has been sublime. I chose Chart VPS because they offered excellent hardware at an amazing price point. However, the excellent customer service was something I did not expect. The staff at Chart VPS (especially Marko) goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right for the customer.
