ChartVPS レビュー

I had been a user of CHARTVPS for almost 2 years, server has always been up and running, support is excellent, with their support someone is always available to go the extra mile and help out with anything they can.

Will definably always recommend CHARTVPS to other traders in my community.

I've been trading for over seven years and went through 3 trading computers before discovering ChartVPS. ChartVPS has become my trading partner. I say this because I no longer need to buy nor worry about maintaining a computer for trading. And, to keep up with my trading needs, I was recently able to upgrade computer power on my first server and add a second ChartVPS server to begin trading a portfolio of automated robots. I find heir pricing to be very competitive and their support services fantastic! Staff at ChartVPS always "have my back". When I've a question or need help I get prompt responses, day or night, wherever I am in the world. Choosing ChartVPS has helped me reduce costs, reduce worry about timely trade execution, and enables me to increase focus on improving trade results. ChartVPS has earned their 5 stars!

I have used few VPS services over the past few years, however I am using ChartVPS since last two years. I never had any down time ( 0% ), this is truly incredible.

Regarding customer service, Marko is absolutely friendly person and always willing to solve any issue (also non-technical one) plus you can get some good free advices on trading too :) . He even offer me a very nice reduced offer for Institutional plan and I love this reduced price.

Thanks a lot for such a nice service at a good price for traders.

Cheers,
Shah

Great VPS! Support is quick to help & very proffessional. I will defnately recommend them to anybody.

I must give credit where credit is due…

Even just dipping a toe into financial markets can be daunting and filled with unease, but having a virtual private server with the those from ChartVPS makes it a cakewalk.

Forget about your older, slower computer being an issue any longer, just sign up and login to one of the various tiers of access and you’ll transform any old outdated tech into one of pure power and efficiency.

This will be one go-to tool in your trading arsenal that won’t ever be overlooked or under appreciated…as it is that valuable!

Kudos to the team for transforming the (trading) space one computer at a time.

As a trader in need of a powerful server to run multiple instances of my trading software, I was thrilled to find ChartVPS. This solution allowed me to easily backtest my strategy using years of data, while also giving me the flexibility to choose from multiple server locations, including one in Chicago. Despite having the option to choose a location closer to my office, I ultimately decided to go with the server in Chicago to be closer to the exchange. I had the pleasure of working with account representative Marko, who provided excellent service throughout the quick and easy setup process. I highly recommend Chart VPS for any trader in need of reliable and customizable server solutions.

I've used ChartVPS for over 5 years. They are extremely supportive, responsive and knowledgeable . Their platform is great.

ChartVPS is a terrific company with excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I use Chart VPS as the sole server for trading needs. It is a life saver because I can connect to my trading platform and charts from anywhere and at any time. This make is so much easier for when I am on the move. I work with Marko and he is the absolute best. I tell him what I need and he understands, recommends, and gets me the best quality! That guy is a serious pro! I strongly recommend Chart VPS!

I have a personal vps over a few years now and it ran always smoothly and without problems. If there were small issues the customer service was amazing and fixed the problem in no time. The internet connection is super fast and stable. I can definitely recommend it.

I have tried a few VPS services but ChartVPS has by far been the best! Not only has the VPS service worked as stated, the customer service has been nothing short of amazing! Great customer service goes a LONG way and ChartVPS knocks this out of the park! They have always been quick to answer my questions and concerns and always answer my questions immeditaly!!

Great customer service! Always on! I always experienced 100 online time! So much better than my comcast account! Thanks mucho guys!

As a developer, computer performance and internet latency are my top priorities. ChartVPS performance is phenomenal, blows away any other VPS solution I have used. Their prices are competitive, and their communication is clear and prompt. I recommend ChartVPS to all of my clients, and use them for my own personal automated trading

As a trader, I required a dedicated server that was configured specifically for my sort of trading. ChartVPS is absolutely outstanding. Any concerns or product enquiries are promptly addressed. I've found ChartVPS's services and assistance to be exceptional. When I had a question, they always answered it quickly. Marko gives exceptional service and professionalism, which is uncommon in today's corporate world. I can't say enough good things about ChartVPS.

Marko and the team are fantastic. I've had excellent experience with the RDP. I have saved myself a lot of time on my laptop machine by rendering and editing my videos on the RDP. Best of all I can close my laptop and leave the office without waiting!

Excellent service from the very highest levels of management and very personal attention to detail. The actual infrastructure is flawless and I have had not one technical issue. Superb choice for VPS offering real value for money and fantastic customer service.

great price, great connection, great service. Using Tradestation on their server and running pretty well.

Outstanding service!! Very responsive and an excellent experience overall

The service is wonderful, zero or almost zero ping, and the support is speedy and professional.

ChartVPS is simply excellent. I'm confident I've used every (capital markets based) virtualized server provider, and most generic ones (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and ChartVPS is the best.
It's not only priced competitively with the generic ones, but has the best uptime I've seen among the trading specific vendors.
Tasks like recurring backups, clones, expansions are a breeze.
Any questions or product inquiries are answered immediately, day / night / holiday via Marko, who is excellent.

It's the best provider I've used in every aspect of the business that matters (uptime, reliability, price, and service). Look no further.
