Justin Hui was our dedicated Renewals coordinator throughout our tenancy renewal and he was excellent. He was always professional, prompt, and handled a multi-stage negotiation with patience and fairness - relaying our points to the landlord clearly and keeping us informed at every step. The whole process was made much smoother by having someone as reliable and communicative as Justin.

Provided references and generally speaking communicative. Overall good experience.

Had a dreadful experience renting in London through Chase Evans. Our property manager, Nelly, was consistently slow to escalate the smallest of maintenance issues. Between that and an unresponsive overseas landlord, communication would often stretch over months and require us to chase repeatedly. This culminated in the end of our tenancy, where external damage to our building led rainwater to leak through the ceiling and cause extensive damp & mould. For the month in which we remained in the mouldy flat, Chase Evans performed no remedial works and we had no choice but to terminate our tenancy early. It took a further month to receive the end of tenancy check out report, following which Chase Evans made false claims against our deposit, which further dragged out the process of reclaiming it.

We've had many different experiences with Chase Evans and it really varied depending on who is working on your rental/property. I would've given a 5 star rating if it was only for Justin, who've coordinated a smooth and pleasant renewal process with us. Removed 1 star because I cannot wholeheartedly give 5 given our poor previous experience with others (Grant, Shahid, Aurora, Lisa). Nevertheless, thanks Justin for your clear communication and prompt responses!
