This is the second time we have used Chattertons in nearly five years.
We used the Newark office Shilpa being our solicitor. She was both very professional and friendly, always available either by phone or email ( answering very quickly )
Sometimes it could be frustrating in taking a while but being in a chain hold ups happen !

I have used Chattertons Solicitors on two occasions; the first to obtain probate in order to deal with my mother's estate and the second more recently to update the Wills of me and my wife together with arranging Powers of Attorney for our daughters to use if and when we become unable to manage our health and financial affairs.
