I’d like to thank Chatterton's of Flavian Rd Lincoln for they’re superb and professional service regarding my recent traffic problem…..as soon as you enter the building the receptionists are welcoming and very friendly putting me at ease from the getgo, I’d like to give special thanks to Cody,, for seeing me through the whole ordeal with compassion and understanding.

Sophie made our experience great. She was brilliant, really quick, really efficient. We have been really pushed for time trying to get my mum moved and what with working and other commitments. Lack of communication, I ended up dealing with 3 or 4 different people during my remortgage. I had to use Chattertons as they were on the panel from the lender however I never once had chance to speak with Neil who was supposed to be acting for me.

We are going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with the settlement agreement. From the outset they have been wonderful. First of all with Emily Hampson who got everything moving so quickly. Then with Rizwana Akhtar who went through the settlement agreement with a lot of detail. She explained things so I absolutely understood what I was signing up to.
There has been a very quick turnaround time and they have always got back to me promptly and efficiently.
