Highly recommended
An excellent professional service. Efficient from the outset with very rapid, helpful and polite responses to all emails and calls. Nothing was too much trouble. Road works, closed routes or particular instructions from hotels were dealt with efficiently. Texts were sent giving driver's name and number before every pick up and every chauffeur across Spain was polite, helpful and professional. They were even able to provide very useful local info and superb restaurant recommendations. Do not hesitate to use this company for all your travel requirements.

Your driver arrived with space for 4…but😊
Your driver arrived with space for 4 people when we ordered for 5 people , he was gracious enough to engage another of your drivers in order to transport us in two cars. At no extra cost
They were both excellent drivers in that horrid Paris traffic

Not a good experience
Our driver was nowhere to be seen when we arrived in Vienna. When he rang we could hardly hear him. After a long wait in the heat and noise we went outside in the hope of having somewhere quieter to talk. We did eventually find him where he made it clear we were the ones at fault. He made a fuss about the size of our cases and fitting them in his trunk. He played music in the car without asking if we minded and swore when he couldn't find his phone.He left us at the edge of the pedestrian zone where we were staying leaving us to search for the hotel. There was certainly no apology or concern shown for us. In contrast, the driver of the taxi arranged by the hotel for our return trip met us at the hotel door, helped carry our bags at each end of the journey and charged half the fare we had paid to Chauffeurs & Services. On the plus side, the car was nice though it was hard to enjoy the journey after the fuss of actually finding the driver. Fabien at HQ was also helpful.

Am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war der Fahrer auch nicht vor der Türe, wie man es erwartet, sondern musste angerufen werden, um zum Eingang zu fahren.
Die Gäste waren sehr unzufrieden.

Ground Transportation in Barcelona
After arriving to the Cruise port in Barcelona after 22 days at sea, the last thing I wanted to do was to wait in the long queues to get a shuttle or taxi to the airport.
I called Chauffers & Services to get a ride. They were amazing. My driver Albert Rull contacted me 24 hours before my pick up time and was waiting for me right outside the terminal. He was in communication me immediately the morning of my debarkation. We were so tired but he helped w our bags and made us feel so welcomed and considered. Since we had some time before our flight, he kindly offered to give us a little narrated tour of Barcelona’s highlights and it was so lovely and appreciated.
He picked us up in an impeccable black electric Mercedes. Yes it was more than a taxi but it was money well spent and a lovely experience I won’t forget. And their pricing was affordable in my opinion.
Don’t hesitate to use Chauffers & Services if you want a seamless, genuinely kind experience while traveling.
