Jake has helped me numerous amounts of times and is very helpful everytime and very polite he has the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Absolutely amazing company fast response when contacting them very clear and easy solutions Jake has assisted me today and he was absolutely amazing sorted the situation fast and polite considering it’s a Sunday morning and doesn’t open until 11am was all sorted by 9am and saves me so much money like an unbelievable amount of money I highly recommend you use this as there is never any faults or cut off and it’s very cost effective

I can not fault or complain with this service not only does it cost next to nothing for my other half to call the customer services is 11/10 they go over the odds to help! , iv only ever had to email or call due to me forgetting to transfer money into my account for the payment to be taken and they literally reply within minutes on a Sunday aswell !!! I mean with anything else your waiting 2/3 business days but no not with phone savvy , also absolutely no interference with connecting when on holiday , sometimes I only had 4g & very low signal when I was abroad but I still every call connected and very cheap compared to others , this phone savvy account makes things easier and cheaper to stay intouch and I can not thank the team behind all this for their help , all you have to do is enter your number you would like the calls to be diverted to and pay the £24.99 fee for UNLIMITED minutes .. ( iv paid 9.99 with a differnt services and only got 300 minutes then have to pay again to renew , we use that in 2/3 days ) and then the team do the rest for you it’s easy fast & reliable TEAMPHONESAVVY!

I only give it 5 x Becasue of Jake from phone savvy never have I had such a lovely and a professional yet caring person I’ve spoke. To on the phone from a company I suffer server with talking to anyone let alone on the phone so I want to express how great the employee of phone savvy is thank you Jake just for being a kind soul in this world meant a lot to people like me ,such a great experience,phone savvy need to promote you Jake thank you honestly.

After signing up to the service, I was unaware there was a failed payment due to some technical difficulties on my end. I received a phone call promptly from one of the gentlemen who set up this business. His customer service was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He had a genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction of the service and was very professional yet authentic. He really did go above and beyond to make the service extra special. I noticed that the business payment plan is significantly less than other companies, which shows that this company is putting their customers before their pockets, demonstrating a great level of conscientiousness, during a time when there is a genuine financial struggle for the masses. I really do salute you both for setting up this great idea and would recommend this company to anyone who requires a service like this.

I had a query and spoke to Jake. He dealt with the issue quickly. He was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Of and when it’s run out the company jave helped me worked to listen and facilitate us keeping it running through all our pain which is priceless . Once you contact them you receive your number to give to your partner or family friend etc in minutes and straight away you have the reduction and the needed time to be close to your lives one which helps me through everyday and the company always respond instantly by email or phone and are very helpful and supportive in every way .
