Had a really pleasant phone call with Jake this morning who was very eager to support me. After the initial phone call, Jake proceeded to tell me a wee bit about their company. Absolutely over the moon the fact their customer relations is amazing and personal as well. I absolutely love CP calls both my partner and I are able to stay connected for longer. Keep shining guys 😁

I have had some hard situations but phone savvy has always been able to help me when I missed a payment the staff at phone savvy rang me and talked me through some options which helped me alot the staff are really nice polite kind and always willing to help no matter what your going through I recommend phone savvy to anybody who needs help with cheap phone calls from ur loved one in prison

This company has been a life line. Made it possible to have long and meaningful conversations without looking at how much credit was left.
The set up was so easy and when I missed the second payment, they didn’t just cut us off, they texted me to get back up and running without a hitch.
Communication with phone savvy was excellent and fast. Jake was the last person I dealt with and he sorted my cancellation out quickly and professionally as my boy will be home soon. Thankyou Jake.

Would highly recommend this service if you have a loved one currently serving a prison sentence. Good value for money also is enabling my daughter to speak to her dad multiple times a day without astronomical call charges

I have been using phone savvy for 2 months now and it has helped massively! There was an issue with payment and the online assistant help was so fast and resolved the issue so quickly! When I wanted to change my plan they responded so quickly! They are the best service I have used in a while

Jake helped me going through a stressful time and he was definitely understanding made it easier for me to explain and bring with phone savvy has saved me a lot of money and helps my husband a lot with his credit I appreciate it and would recommend it to anyone that has someone in prison and if you need help ask for Jake he’s very helpful
