I've recently purchased a king sized bed and mattress for a very good price and overall the transaction was smooth
Delivery was a bit bumpy due to one item missing in first delivery and second time getting another headboard.. Currently between emails but the staff are so far helpful and we have managed to set up the bed regardless of the missing item so it's ok so far. It's very comfortable ❤️

Very quick delivery and the bed is absolutely gorgeous.Best night's sleep we have both had in a long time.Both our backs was hurting when we use to wake up in the morning but this bed is so comfy it's a pleasure to get into bed instead of dreading it.l actually ordered one bed for us and another for my brother and even he loves the bed and believe me he is hard to please with beds but this one he absolutely loves .

The positives: good choice of bed frames and mattresses, however like with everything you get what you paid for and my bed is ok, bit flimsy and light but ok. I really like the mattress but then I spent a bit more money on it.
Negatives: I ordered from this company as the top of the page says “Next day delivery, or choose your day!” When I ordered it it didn’t actually tell me when it was going to get delivered but someone would be in touch to discuss it. Great, I thought, as I didn’t want next day but the day after. Come the end of the day I hadn’t received contact so I called them. A man with an attitude answered and simply said the delivery driver would likely call me half hour before he arrived. Yeah, but what day I asked. I was answered with a curt “Tomorrow”. I didn’t want the next day so asked, as per their web page, to choose a different day. “Well there’s no telling when the delivery driver will next be in your area so.....”. So I can’t have the day after, or the day after that even, or any other day? “Well there’s no telling when he’ll be in your area again...”. Great, looks like it’ll be next day delivery then.
I wait in all day. My items get delivered at half past 9 at night. The driver couldn’t have been more apologetic and has clearly been on the go all day. Wasn’t his fault.
In short, I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

found this bed online and in other web sites but found the price on cheap bed sale over £50 less than others plus free delivery
The delivery was a problem and a delay did occur but this was due to the snow so cannot hold fault against suppliers.
The bed was delivered in 3 parts - easily put together and the quality is far better than expected

Bed arrived in good time, however when taking bed out of the box, protective caps on the bottom of the legs were smashed, metal work was bent which meant the legs were not flush with the floor, the head rest seems to be snapped inside as its feels very lose and you can hear the wood moving about inside. To secure the bed safely we needed to drill our own holes to the bed to secure everything up. Looks beutiful but not fit for purpose or safe! As we have managed to secure this bed best we can and i cannot be bothered with returning and waiting for new bed to be delivered as it will be the hassle of sleeping back on a airbed until this has been corrected. I will keep it until i can purchase a new bed from elsewhere! Not happy at all but i have to make do with what i have for now.

thought about knocking it down because AM delivery paid for didn't materialise until 3.30 pm. Butv the company refunded the AM delivery charge.
