This company double charged me. I scan the bar code in the email sent about details of reservation there. I did my part as expected, upon return I was charged again. They refuse to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I didn't think I to worry but I will not go without checking reviews first as I normally do. SCAM SCAM COMPANY

Online it says the shuttles are frequent and convenient. At SFO they only come every 45 minutes and there were 3-5 other stops before getting to the airport so the driver said it would take at least 30 minutes to get there. Almost missed my flights. Will never use them again.

This company is a scam. They give you every excuse to not refund your money, no matter how many documents you send them that your flights were cancelled.

Showed up at parking lot where I had a confirmed, pre-paid reservation and the lot was full and turned me away. Had to pay a lot more at another lot at the last minute and almost missed my flight. Never again!

The email they sent had no QR code. I have tried to email them but the support email is invalid. No phone number so I just got screwed out of money.

This website and Way is a total scam, they do not guarantee a spot or services at the location, so what exactly are you paying for? Answer: Nothing, and no count on getting a refund. If you don't cancel before your scheduled time they say they have fulfilled their obligation and no refunds are offered.

Expect additional charges, be charged taxes 2 times, made up daily charges for every vehicle, airport fees, Fuel surcharge.
Dirty company. Bolt LGA Parking blames them for their lack of clarity, they say the have disclosed everything by email. Which basicaly means they disclose things after you already paid. I will fight the charges with my bank and card company.
Try to pay with American Express if you can for ease of dispute.

I think we are paying India for parking. They don't care if you're dying and can't make it as long as they get your money. Please call the Better Business Bureau and shut them down. Oh and don't expect a refund because they won't! Run from this company! Park some where else!

Worst company I have ever dealt with DO NOT use!!!! I caught Covid the night before my flight and canceled my airfare. Due to arrangements with flight and family I forgot to call this heartless company. But did the very next day and they charged me full payment. I never even used their service. I disputed with my Credit card and they refuse to let this go. UNBELIVABLE! Horrible company! All this for $36 Your company will go out of business!

I asked for a refund weeks in advance, and still never received it, even after multiple e-mails. I used them before and didn’t have a problem, but this time they took my money.

It seems cheapest airport parking is a website service for parking vendors. My review is for EWR Airport parking in Newark. The price they offer was $16.55 but when they charged it there was an additional 10.50 dollars surcharge for fees and taxes that was not disclosed until they charged my credit card! At that price it was almost the same price as parking at the airport. They do not provide valet parking as represented. Some of their personnel are unable to communicate clearly in English. Their facility and van were filthy. Not only do they not provide valet parking, but before I went to retrieve my car I asked if I was going to be blocked in, and I was told no, but sure enough they had parked another car in front of me. If EWR Airport parking is representative of what cheapest airport parking provides, do not waste your time. I should have realized that the reviews on the website were fake.

They force you to pick a time for arrival but they do not tell you by picking this time you are entering a contract where you will not receive a refund if you do not use it. I tried to cancel two minutes past the time I selected because apparently this is the time it took to learn they were false advertising. They said a shuttle is provided. Their website says easy cancellations and refund for any reason. I sent an email explaining there was no shuttle and I needed a shuttle. Now they send me emails saying they don’t provide the shuttle and can’t guarantee that??? Even though the website says, …. “shuttle provided”???? I have had to dispute the purchase with my credit card and now that I have they send me emails referencing only the shuttle. Not the fact that the reservation was never used! Not the fact that originally I was told I was 2 minutes past the time and therefore no refund. Not the fact that they engage in false advertisement. Not the fact that they are some little rink a dink office in Fremont and that when you look up their address it looks like an apartment, so shady. And not the fact that the hotel counter said they have constant issues with this company advertising that a shuttle is provided. Avoid them. Save your money. They only begin to respond when you dispute the charge with your credit card company and even then their replies do no make sense.

Do not purchase!!! Company took my money and never sent email for my parking pass. I emailed this company several times and no reply. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and somehow they answered that email to say they did. Scam, Scam, Scam

If I could give them a negative start I most certainly would! We arrived to the lot and were rudely turned away claiming they over booked and were full. The attendant cussed and screamed at me to get out of his lot and to take it up with the 3rd party who I made the reservation with. We had to go find other parking at the last minute and pay premium prices. This company refused to refund my money, telling me it was too late to cancel - I wasn't trying to cancel I was refused service because the lot was over booked. No matter how many times I explained the situation they just keep refusing to refund me my money. This company should not get away with this!

How can they still be running if they are only taking money and not providing the service? I didn't even receive a confirmation. There is no way of contacting them by phone. This is absolute robbery!!

I made advanced reservations at this lot for three cars and paid up front on my charge card. We arrived at 4:45AM and were told that the lot was full! I had just confirmed the reservations two days prior to be sure! Worst people ever! Told us to park at the BP Station and leave car keys in an unlocked car. People at the station told us to get out! This is the worst parking place ever and no one in their right mind should even consider using it. Pay a few dollars more and deal with a reputable company. Almost missed our flight and last minute parking cost us three times more. Company basically told us to screw ourselves. Never again!

Tried to call and cancel my reservation in the middle of a flight cancellation situation where I had to drive 6 hours to the next closest airport. No response. Finally got through to an operator later in the day and was told it was too late to cancel. I even offered to pay for the day and they still refused to cancel the rest of the reservation. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. What a scam!

If I could give cheapest airport parking.com (AKA way.com) a negative five stars, I would. I recently tried to book parking near SFO with them. I accidentally made two reservations. I tried to email them to clarify that I wanted only one reservation and to tell them I had not yet received a confirmation email from them. They ignored me. I then tried to send an email telling them I wanted to cancel both reservations altogether, as their website claims reservations can be cancelled anytime prior to the date you were going to park, no questions asked, and my email bounced back as undeliverable. I reported them to my credit card company, who initially refunded my money, but they ended up paying way.com for both reservations, despite all the documentation I provided showing they failed to deliver the product they claim they provide. People might be interested to know that in their terms and conditions, way.com claims their only product is providing confirmation of reservations. They state they have nothing to do with actually providing parking. Even though they provided no proof to my credit card company that they ever sent me a confirmation email, my credit card company found in their favor and I am out $183.00, plus what I paid one of their competitors for legit parking reservations.

Got told the lot was full and to leave my car keys. Um no. Made a reservation and your full, also not leaving my keys. The attendants told me I'd get a full refund. Well, nope. They still charing me. So I'm filing fraud charges against them. Not to mention how creepy the attendants were at the lot.

I reserved parking at the Chicago O'Hare CTA Blue Line Cumberland Parking Garage through Cheapestairportparking.com, also known as Way. I paid a total of 39.12 dollars. My flight was delayed by two hours, so I arrived later than the checkout time I had reserved. At the gate I was told that since I was late that my voucher had expired and I had to pay the whole fee to get out of the lot.

The fee I had to pay to get my car out of the lot was 32 dollars. Therefore, not only did I pay more than what the actual cost of the lot would have been if I didn't have a reservation by some 7 dollars, I wound up paying 71 dollars.

This was a complete and total rip off. Their advertisement of 14 percent was a complete lie. There is no discount.

In summary, the original price was about 2 dollars over the real price with a 5 dollar tax, which put the price over the actual garage (so much for a discount) and because my flight was delayed the original amount I paid was declared null and void, so I had to pay double.

Do not use this service. If you are going to park at that horrible lot, go directly and pay at the gate as it is actually cheaper and you do not have to deal with an unhelpful staff who won't do anything for you.

Terrible, I will never use this thing again.
