DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! They will steal your money. I tried to park using their service but the place I tried to park told they don't work with cheapest airport parking anymore. So I had to pay them directly.

Scammers, took the money no real service..

I booked a car parking near DFW airport on October,2021 for 3 nights. My debit card went through and they already charged it. I have been waiting for a confirmation. Unfortunately, I have not received them before the day I was supposed to fly. I tried to call them to contact. No phone number and I tried to Email them too. Again, nothing was happened. Finally, I was calling to dispute this charge from my bank, he said it was taken about 3 months to be under investigation. I am OK as long as I will get my money back. Today, I got a letter from my bank about this charge is valid. How come? Don't trust this guy, he does not do a right and appropriately way of business does.

I paid online and when I showed up to my garage, It was full. My payment was already taken and there is no way for me to get my $275 back. they will not respond to my email. There is no # to call. Absolute BS!!!!

I tried to change garages after booking because I didn't know 24 hr shuttle wasn't provided until after I booked & paid!! I needed 5am Shuttle Bus but they don't start until 7 am. Didn't want cancel or refund, just wanted to change garages!! No one responded to request!! Terrible Customer Service!!

I booked a reservation to park at a hotel near Las Vegas airport. Our plans changed and I need to cancel. Their website and our confirmation email both state that cancellations are allowed for a full refund. But here's the catch: There is absolutely no way to contact them for the refund. They have no phone number listed anywhere. The confirmation says to cancel you have to send an email to support@cheapestairportparking. I have tried to send them an email five times. The email bounces back and cannot be delivered. Next step is to dispute the charges on my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BOOK PARKING!! SHADY and UNDER-HANDED. I THINK THE WHOLE BUSINESS MAY BE A SCAM.

Worst Experience. Our flight was on time. We called the second we landed and couldn’t get an answer. We called continuously over an hour and never could get an answer. We took a shuttle bus from a different hotel to get close to where our vehicle was because an Uber was $49. And then we Uber for $10 to where our vehicle was. To get there and the guy at the desk said they couldn’t find our driver. And he was too busy to answer the phone. 2 hours it took to finally get to our car. Parking spot may be a bit higher but VERY reliable.

Cheapestairport parking.com offered JFK ECONOPARK JFK AIRPORT PARKING and it was a nightmare on both ends of a round trip.
I have used off site parking sites numerous times and have never encountered the myriad problems as I had with this experience.

First off, the address I was given in the printout is absolutely incorrect. It is not at 149-1 N Conduit Ave, South Ozone Park, New York, 11436.
It is at: 15115 Lefferts boulevard Queens ny

This mis-direction resulted in an over 45 minute delay with all the frustration and aggravation you could imagine dealing with Sunday traffic in and around JFK.
Then trying to reach a person via phone was problematic as well.

I finally got through and received a text with the correct address.

Then the shuttle van was a beat up, filthy cargo van with no business name on it.

The return trip was also a nightmare as there seems to be only one driver for the company.

He came by within 30 minutes of my call from baggage pickup after we received our luggage. However, he couldn’t fit in our luggage or any of us and said he would be “right back”. He didn’t return however for another 40 minutes.
This time he had a newer 10 passenger van but still with no markings.

The final twist was our car could not be found for over one hour! I was asked to show a picture of the car and write out the plate number twice - to the same runner.

I had all my information and confirmation number with me so that wasn’t the problem.
And, although I was picking up on Saturday night instead of Sunday afternoon, I had called in the morning and notified them - so they had at least 8 hours notice…

The workers were fine people with accommodating attitudes - the ownership of that location has created a poor business operation and cheapestairportparking.com should not be giving out incorrect address information

We had damage done to the back bumper of our SUV. I filled out a damage report before we left and have not heard a word from them and it’s been over a month. The man behind the counter was not very concerned about it. He said I would hear from someone in about a week. Still nothing!!! It was BMI Smart Parking.

Your business seems to have two names: Park N'Depart and Laguardia Parking LGA Airport. Neither is on the sign at the lot.
The lot was a pitiful excuse for parking. It seems more like a place to keep an animal instead of a car. The "office" is a run-down trailer with garbage all around it. The website says "paved". You can see from the photo attached it is not. The shuttle operates 4-10 and the site says 25 hour.
But my main problem was with the overcharge.
I paid online for three days parking ($64.56) and stayed one day over my reservation. When I dropped the car I paid an additional $20 "SUV charge" (my car is a Toyota Rav4). When I picked up the car I was forced to pay an additional $60 for the extra day. This is a total of $144.56 for three days and two hours of parking. I complained about the lot and the overcharge and the attendant called me racist. The published, no advance booking for the same dates AT THE AIRPORT was $130.47 for the same time. Only an idiot would choose this lot.

I purchased airport parking with cheapestairportparking.com. When I arrived to the parking lot, I was turned away by the attendant because cheapestairportparking.com overbooked customers. I had a flight to catch and had to look for another place to park my car for 4 days. I ended up having to go to a place that was twice as expensive! I wish I had time to shop around and find a better price but I couldn't risk not catching my flight on time. Do not use cheapestairportparking.com because they will not deliver on the service you paid for and you will get f*cked like I did. Unpleasant experience. Also, they do not offer support. The only way to reach them is by email. Super shady and frustrating when a company doesn't offer telephone support.

I booked for San Diego at Laurel SAN Airport parking , i arrived and there were cars backed up on the street waiting to get in - no available spaces . Do not trust or use this site , they are scammers . When you email to their ONLY contactable emails address the emails bounce back - there is no way to contact them at all . No support , no refunds !!

Lot was overbooked, last minute had to scramble to find a parking area to accept us within 2 hours of our flight. When I returned home I disputed the transaction with my Credit Card Company and Cheapest Airport Parking FAUGHT the dispute and I lost as I had no proof that I did not park in their lot other even though I had another companies charge for parking on the same bill. PAT THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A GUARANTEED SPOT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Update to cheapest airport parking response of course it was not another business unless another business can charge on my credit card under cheapest airport parking I'm not an idiot I tried working with you and you guys completely ignored my request and fought the credit card charge and the dispute you used was not the wrong business name the only thing your company did was send a copy of the original online charge you didn't even have to prove you had room in your lot for me.

Just avoid this site for booking parking. The "reservations" they make are untethered to reality. Not only were there no available parking spaces where I reserved, I passed 2 other parking locations Cheapest was taking reservations for that were also completely booked.

When this happens -- when this company promises you something and does not deliver -- get a receipt. If, like everyone else, you go digital, good luck! I am trying my luck right now to get a refund from them.

Even if getting the refund works, this is and was ridiculous. They claim no responsibility for their "partners," and they deserve nobody's misdirected dollars.
