Chelmsford Removals Ltd レビュー

Was hesitant due to how pricy the service is but I soon found out why.

You're paying for top tier. Plain and and simple.

The surveyor Martin who came to the initial house checks and provide boxes explained the process and answered any questions I had.

On move day. The crew showed up on time they were polite professional and worked with great efficiency and care. They protected my house and carefully disassembled the furniture and put it back in the same condition in its final destination.

What I want to say about the team is that these aren't your standard man and a van outfit. They are professional they have a strategy; a way of doing things. They are very organized and have the flexibility to adapt to any of your moves particulars.

Big thank you to Nick, Martyn, Martin, Micheal, and Stanley you've taken a lot off our minds

The three stars are for the excellent removal team, who on the day worked hard, smart and very courteous. We were not present as disabled. They liaised with our daughter and it went very smoothly thank you to these hard workers.
However, the same cannot be said for the Finishing packer. Rude, scruffy and unhelpful. Packing was poor, I have seen better from Amazon! Pictures placed in a box with no protective packing and next to a boot polish box. Several items have been spoiled and damaged, some of sentimental value. I have been told it is too late to claim as over seven days. But am awaiting a dispute notice. Training is apparently being given regarding this but that does not correct the damage or the upset.

Faultless service from the whole team; estimates, pricing, flexibility, timing and of course the hard work of taking care of our possessions both in storage and delivery. They really could not have been any better. First choice for the next move, for sure. Thank you! ⚒️

Both Steve & Wayne were very professional at all times..

Discussed where a box or piece of furniture was going..

Good all round service from the start to the finish..

The office also kept me up date..

Ricky called to do the packing the day before the move..All packed with care & professionally done...
The company also arranged collection of the empty boxes..

I will used this company again..

Excellent service, really friendly team. Terry in particular has led the team in an organised and professional manner. Thank you for supporting my mum's move to a new county, and making rhe process as smooth as possible.

Really helpful, very polite, good fun team. Very careful, and logical in packing and unloading. Would highly recommend.

We moved from Romford to Chelmsford after being in the same house for 30yrs. We used Chelmsford removals as our daughter had used them previously and said good things about them. We received enough boxes the previous week to start packing. The day of the move came and 4 guys ( Mick Wayne,
Steve and Kev) turned up in a van and a lorry . You could not fault them they never stopped. Beds ,tables were dismantled and put back together at the new house. They were very careful with our belongings and loaded and unloaded expertly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Removals.

I wanted a professional removal company and got. It is stressful moving and I want to be sure that everything went smoothly on the day. So whilst this company was not the cheapest, it was clearly not a man and his mate with lorry. Everything went smoothly, the men were very helpful and carried out the job perfectly.

I chose Chelmsford Removals because my friend had used them a few months before.
She told me how good they were.
She was not wrong. They were helpful, listened, communicated well with me and each other.
I walked one gentleman around and explained what I wanted and that was it.
They protected the carpets, the front door, my furniture and TV with specialist materials and wrappings.
The crew work really hard and fast.
When we got to the other end, they were just as brilliant.
They made it so simple for me.
After it was all in, they asked me if I needed anything else moved or rearranged. They were really nice guys. 100% happy and impressed.

Exceptional fantastic superb and that’s just for starters, we had the packing service the day before and how they cared for and wrapped every item was outstanding, what they did that day would have taken us weeks.
The move itself was stress free, just what you want, the care in moving out and then moving in was so carefully choreographed that everyone knew what was to be done and by whom.
Many thanks Chelmsford Removals

We used Chelmsford Removals for their packing and removal services. We are so glad we did. Everything was fast and efficient from quotation to moving day.

Our removers were hardworking, thoughtful, and considerate. We would recommend anyone needing a removal company to consider Chelmsford Removals.

I chose Chelmsford Removals because I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Glen who provided the quote. He inspired confidence. On the day Terry, Dan and Rob couldn’t have been more helpful. They remained cheerful and enthusiastic despite the weather and kept my stress levels to a minimum. I would recommend Chelmsford Removals.

A massive thank you to Chelmsford Removals for navigating us through a potential nightmare of a move! The company’s handling of us & our belongings was just faultless from the office staff, quotes & removal team/s getting us from 1 house, part storage, 1 flat & picking up from another property & amazingly getting all of it (including bubblewrap😉) into one property at the end in Cornwall! We were lucky to have Terry helping us through the whole move & he was outstanding with his communication to us & his team/s - thank you so much Terry!
We would certainly recommend Chelmsford Removals.

We chose Chelmsford Removals for my mum's move into sheltered accommodation. This could have been a very stressful experience for her, but they were brilliant! Her move was handled extremely professionally and the staff were friendly and patient at all times. They couldn't do enough to reassure my mum, for which I am very grateful. Thankyou!

We chose Chelmsford Removals to pack and move us from Essex to Devon and it was a positive experience from start to finish. From the quotation visit to the packing day and the move itself, everything was done professionally and efficiently, but in a friendly and adaptable way to fit with our requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Removals.

From the moment we got their flyer through the door, Chelmsford displayed nothing but professionalism, kindness.

The office team were responsive, informative and good humoured. Glen, who did the quote and came to pack, was so thorough and careful. Then the removals team led by Terry, with Martin, Paul and Rob was spectacular. They worked like trojans, with a really positive energy, carefully, quickly and efficiently filling an enormous truck with our stuff. They treated every box as if it was their own and had a good laugh with us on the way!

Rob and Paul came back on a second day to empty a store and they were just as impressive - if not more so! They carried large bits of furniture, moved all of our delicate glassware, navigated frustrated neighbours with ease, and still had a smile at the end of the long day.

We have already recommended them to anyone we know - whether they are moving house or not!

Thanks all for making what can be one of the most stressful days, a real joy!

Amazing company, lovely people! Cheapest too around too, it was very last minute move too, they went above and beyond for us.
Thank you Chelmsford removals IF we ever move again we will using you again!
Couldn’t ask for better service!

A wonderful team of 6 pleasant men. They made moving very stress free and seamless for us. Will recommend anytime, any day. From start to finish we had no issues. Thank you once again.

We picked Chelmsford Removals on a recommendation of Home Partnership - after an initial visit and quote we were impressed by the professionalism of Chelmsford Removals from the start.

We opted for the packing service the day before, the team on the day was fantastic, and the efficiency of the pack was incredible to watch and would have taken me weeks otherwise.

On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and got to work quickly, systematically packing down a room at a time. All done by lunch time and then the unpack at the other end, all done so incredibly quickly.

No mess, no hassle, no problems at all - they made our moving experience as a young family of 4 (youngest not even two weeks old) an absolute breeze.

Thank you!!!

Chelmsford Removals were superb. The communication throughout the booking process was excellent, and they were so incredibly quick on the day, and also very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend!
