It is disheartening that, rather than engaging in constructive dialogue, you chose to employ aggressive tactics, making demands under the threat of a negative review. We cannot condone or entertain such coercive behavior, as meeting such demands would compromise the integrity of our business.

We sympathize with your frustration regarding the delay, but we cannot succumb to unreasonable demands. Our commitment to fairness prevents us from offering 50% discounts that are unsustainable for our small business. It is regrettable that, in response to our refusal, you chose to escalate the situation by making false accusations and threats.

We believe in constructive criticism and are open to addressing legitimate concerns. However, bullying, aggression, and harassment have no place in our interactions. We take the wellbeing of our staff seriously, and such behavior is unacceptable.

Despite these challenges, we extended a goodwill gesture in an attempt to find common ground. Unfortunately, your response deemed our offer offensive. It is regrettable that a resolution could not be reached through a more amicable discourse.
