I placed a order on Monday morning, for next day delivery, I've had no email or goods delivered, 3 day's later I called them with my concerns, order hadn't been processed, I have just received a email to say delivery before 10th July, basically 10 day's past order date, absolute shit show, will never use this company again

F outrageous, just ordered kids nurofen they charged nearly 50 bucks for a 200ml bottle!!!!! I'll never use this place again

Placed an order for next day delivery for convenience but needed the medication asap - received an email query against the order from the pharmacist, to which I replied. 24 hours heard nothing and with no further confirmation so called and was told it would be another 24 hours. Medication was urgent for me - they have my money and I have no medication for my problem. Really poor and no idea when I will get this - would go to a local pharmacy now but can’t afford to pay twice!

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. My parcel arrived very quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but the electric toothbrush I ordered was different to the one that I got. After 2 emails in 2 days I eventually got a reply saying that it was the same toothbrush that was updated.

Item arrived on time, however since the item was not fit for purpose, I contacted Chemist2you (and sent another chaser) and no one has got back to me for over a week!! I'm sending chaser every alternate day now with hope that someone might read and respond with details on how to return and get refund.

Ordering was easy. Great price and product arrived quickly as described. Would definitely use again.

Price of item was great. However, toothpaste item arrived damaged - both the box the toothpaste was in and also the tube of toothpaste inside the box packaging. Photos taken to show condition of item.

Great price but packing felt a bit skimpy for a fragile object. Having said that though it arrived in perfect condition.

Claimed the item was in stock failed to deliver. Provide invalid DPD tracking code. Rescheduled delivery even though it would not be delivered as there was no valid order???

Fast delivery. Had a problem with broken trays. An email to the orders address on their website elicited no response. However contact via Amazon got an immediate response and reply and replacement trays arrived the next day
