I placed an order for a Braun razor replacement cutter and foil. Only received the foil head. Despite two emails received no reply whatsoever. No phone number anywhere on website.
Very poor customer service & out of pocket.

I ordered the items from this pharmacy online and they were delivered promptly.

All went smoothly but delivery took an age. Did not know when they were coming. As I'm disabled, I'm in virtually at home everyday except when this delivery company tried to deliver! Then it's a game to organise another delivery company! I would score 5/5 otherwise!

No information on how long delivery will take. Once dispatched tracking info just says shipped, ordered a week ago and still haven’t received item

UPDATE: Product arrived in good condition but communication could definitely be improved.

Seller does not respond to any email communication. Had to resort to Paypal claim for item not received. Seller couldn't be bothered to reply to Paypal either. AVOID

I would have liked to have given 5 stars but I did have a problem and I tried several attempts at email, eventually someone from C2U rang me and problem was solved and new delivery was sent within a day. Thumbs up. I do recommend them and I will use them again. It’s great how they listened and sort it. Teething problems no doubt. Thanks C2U

This is my first time ordering from Chemist2you. Overall, really happy with the customer service and the ease of website use. The delivery took quite a while though despite me stating the urgency and while I can't blame the company and it's probably courier delay - it's still bit frustrating.

No customer service at all! They don't reply, I need to return the nebuliser that I bought because is not working as it should, since I received it, I tried to be in touch with them, and I still waiting!
So my recommendation is to not use this page, because it is impossible communication if you have any problem!

Good price and delivered in acceptable timescale (4 days) as not urgent. Deducted a star as the box was somewhat battered and looked like it had been round the warehouse a few times - good job it wasn't a present (electric toothbrush). Would use again.
