Delivery took about a month, which is to be expected for a company with probably very few workers. The purity of the chemicals was pretty good. I ordered from Germany, and even with the deliveryman throwing the package around, it arrived safely and was well packaged.

Will take your money and not reply to emails or ship a product.

Pay with PayPal if you must, they refunded me quickly after several weeks of no reply from the seller.

I ordered in early December and after more than a month, it was still not processed. I sent multiple emails with no response. I called the number and the guy that answered was in his car. He said there was some issue with the order (which I should have been notified about) and that I needed to send him more info, which I did. They finally created a shipping label and sent me the tracking ID, but after more than a week it is still stuck at "Electronic data on the shipment was provided to DHL." I called the support number and was sent to voicemail. I will call again later and if they don't pick up and fix this, I will dispute with my credit card company.

UPDATE:
I again called, texted, and emailed multiple times until I was finally able to get through to a customer service agent. He told me that he would check with the warehouse and call me back, which he never did. It took another week of calling for them to finally ship it. It arrived in two days, which is nice, but they didn't send all of the correct products (I ordered three items but didn't receive one of them and got two of one of the other items instead). In addition, the bottles themselves are not labeled, just the bags they come in. After calling another few times, they agreed to refund me for the one item I didn't receive. To be fair, they did offer to ship the missing item again but at this point, I just want to be done with them. Do NOT buy from these guys!

You gotta be a little patient, but they deliver a good product for a good price, which in this area of commerce is a rarity to behold. Seem like nice people, too.

I recommend a professional company with a passion for chemistry ,very fast and well-secured shipment and competitive prices.

Yesterday I have finally received my full order, after over a month of waiting, writing multiple E-Mails and finally having to activate a conflict via PayPal, trying to refund the paid sum. Only after that I quickly received the package, to which they included a small gift for the long waiting time. Some merch, a glass beaker, a few stir rods and some syringes, which is alright I guess. The official reason was supply chain issues. Customer communication needs to be improved big time. I'm just happy I finally got what I paid for.

Still no answer to my Email from like a week ago and no signs of delivery at all. I wonder why most of the recently Poster 1 Star reviews of people not receiving Orders have changed to 5 Stars saying they got their stuff but I won't receive anything.

Another Update: Package hasn't been shipped as promised today, will try to initiate further action if I don't get my stuff.

Update: Seller has now fortunately answered to my E-Mail and says package will be shipped in two days. Will further update and
remove criticism once it gets sent and arrives.

Seller doesn't answer to any E-Mails, my order hasn't been shipped after wating for over two weeks, status is "złożone" ("Complex", whatever that even means) constantly.
I really hope that they are on vacation and just didn't write it on their Website. I will try to get my money back via PayPal if they don't react to my last Email and for now not order from there again if nothing happens.
I will change the review if anything happens.

Seller forgot to tell me about a delay, because of flooding - I was angry, seller offer a gift, and i said i did not need a gift, i needed what i order. Seller send me a big kindhearted gift anyway, it is like he used time to pick out items especially for me, and i am very happy with it❤️ Now i feel bad, i was so angry😅
