I haven’t received my order and I’ve also been trying to order parts but the parts department doesn’t respond to me

No issues with the drawer slide I received. Would have given 5 stars but was kind of pricy and took a little longer to receive it then I liked.

Received the building in a crate in good condition. Later on found out that two of the parts were wrong so i emailed support back and forth for a month and the correct pieces could not be found. Ended up having to modify the pieces they sent to make it work

the person i talked to saw the order thru Simon Cheng was extremely helpful. I was told originally the part was in a Maryland warehouse and expect delivery in two weeks? It took almost eight weeks and four phone calls and different people until Simon followed up on the $1000 part order. If not for being a squeaky wheel no idea how long this would have taken.

I had ordered a 25x33 carport garage last year in June from a third party vendor. I received it in the fall. Which put a damper on getting it up that summer. Temperatures were already dipping into freezing temperatures, so the cement slab could not be poured until spring of this year 2026. In May of 2026 the slab was poured I waited the 28 days to begin construction. I found I was missing a few pieces. (So regardless when it's received and going to be constructed it's best do a complete inventory). I went back to the third party vender which I purchased the garage from I got a couple of the pieces I needed. I tried to get the rest of the pieces. I needed however they gave me the runaround for almost 2 Months! then I was told the year was up there is nothing they could do. I contacted the manufacturer "Chery Industrial" They came to my rescue and ensured I received the parts I needed to complete the garage. I wish I would have went straight to them instead of the third party vendor. So I give them a five-star on service and back in their product. On instructions that came with the product I would give it three it's hard to figure out I would pay very close attention to the pictures and the location of the dots which represent holes where bolts can go. Note that some of the pieces will require switching like the corner pieces in the beginning on the base. They use decimals for the inches it looks like it's the engineering scale so the inches divided into 10 spaces which is a little different than the 16 that were used to, so that gets a little tricky to get the exact measurements you can always Google it. Or just measure the post that are parallel or adjacent to the one you need to have at that measurement. I hope some of these suggestions we'll make putting it up a little easier for you. I struggled with some of the stuff and had to figure it out cost me a bit of time till I got it right. This is the first pre-constructed building I've ever put together I'm finding it a little challenging and rewarding. I'm looking forward to having a completing and being able to use the building I just wish the weather would hold that long enough for me to do it LOL. Thank you Chery Industrial. PS you can save a awful lot by going directly to the manufacturer for the product.

Good price, delivered quickly and great material. When use again.

The communication was good, the price was good too. The product was out of stock when I ordered it but they explained it all. It showed up via FedEx freight. Simple.

The shipment took too long and the price for a simple rubber gasket ($102) is usury not to mention it does not fit the application it is meant for so we will return it.

Chery uses a garbage delivery service OnTrac, absolute worst company ever. 11 days and counting for a 3 day service. They have zero customer service either. Beware !!

Ease of order and delivery communication!

Satisfied. It took a while to get a missing part on the digger but I finally got it. Digger worked great.
