Martyn was very attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy and the service provided by him and team was very personal. The installation of our stove was professional and we are very pleased with it.

So nice to have something arrive and be fitted as arranged. No mess and a lovely log burner that is so easy to use. A big thank you to Martyn and staff.

We are renovating our house, visited the shop and met Martyn who led us through the right choice to make for our lounge. No pressure, very informative and the best decision. Following a survey the installation day came along, the fitters worked very hard to fit the lining and new fireplace, ensuring everything fit safely and properly and working until the job was done. At all times the installers were polite, respectful and excellent leaving the property very clean and providing a very comprehensive understanding of the new fireplace to my wife and I. I would highly recommend Cheshire Stove Shop and their excellent fitting service.

Great service from initial consultation through to fitting. The team were friendly, and efficient and incredibly clean and tidy and we can now have fires without the whole house filling with smoke!
