Once again we chose Chewton to sell our home. As always they did a brilliant job, and we made a quick sale. We dealt mainly with Philip who obviously knows his stuff, he gives a good valuation, unlike some estate agents who go in high to get your business, then you find you have to drop your price. Also highly recommend Shirley who did the weekend viewings. Chewton Rose always go the extra mile, and we look forward to using them again.

The Ascot branch of Chewton Rose was the Estate Agent which was selling the property we purchased. On the first viewing we met Philip who showed us around South Cottage and he clearly had a great deal of knowledge about the property because he answered all our questions; he also answered them openly and truthfully. The viewing was unhurried and Philip did not pressurise us in anyway or start suggesting that if we did not make an immediate offer we would probably lose out to a previous viewer, (we encountered this technique with some other agents). On the second viewing we met Shirley who allowed us to walk around and view the property on our own but she was on hand if we needed to ask any further questions. Both viewings were extremely relaxed and very informative. We considered that South Cottage had been fairly valued for marketing purposes. After our offer was accepted by the Vendors and the conveyance process began we mainly dealt with Philip who was extremely helpful and also kept us up to date and informed. Philip and Shirley are traditional in their approach, very professional and are certainly well experienced in Estate Agency which is very refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of selling a property in the local area.

I recently used Chewton Rose for the sale of my house and worked in particular with Philip. Chewton Rose acted as estate agents for the vendor of a home we bought recently in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire. Steven Field, the Senior Associate in Chewton Rose's Milton Keynes office was their primary representative and Graham Nash the MD stepped in to offer a seamless service whenever Steven was not available.

It was a complicated purchase with quite a few legal hurdles to overcome and a very difficult set of agents and solicitors down the chain. We were returning from many years broad, did not fully understand the process and had a container load of furniture arriving.

Steven recommended solicitors and surveyors and could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the purchase and keeping us in touch with the Vendors' point of view and news from down the chain - which, in truth, was very hard to find. Without Steven and Graham's input my wife and I would have switched into panic mode on more than one occasion.

We thoroughly recommend Chewton Rose Milton Keynes if you are thinking of selling or happen to come across them in your house purchase.

Great estate agents! Graham at Chewton Rose was really helpful. We had a potentially tricky property to sell, and he identified the correct market and value in a professional and speedy way. The brochure that they produced was excellent as well. Recommended.

Very professional outfit. The team in Ascot (Sarah and Philip, in particular) were efficient and easy to deal with. Communication was great, personable and co-ordinated, unlike some of the bigger high street agents. Would highly recommend.

I cannot fault Justin, he kept me up to date with all that was going on with the sale of the property and when the original sale was aborted, he and his team pulled out all the stops to re-market the property with a very effective open day which resulted in a very quick sale. All the staff at the Wadhurst office were always friendly and helpful and I would most definitely recommend them.

Another sale gone through without a hitch, sadly it's the last on this development. We will defiantly use Chewton Rose again as they have been a great asset to selling the apartments on our development. Barry, Phillip and Sarah are a credit to the company. For family reasons we had to take our house off the market. However the support we got through that difficult process was of the same high caring and professional standard that Graham and his team at Chewton Rose MK had demonstrated throughout the whole sales journey.
We were very impressed by the high quality way in which our home was marketed, the very high volume of viewings that were in place in a very short amount of time, and the large number of likely offers that were definitely building in the pipeline. A great team - and when the time comes to sell we will definitely go back to them without hesitation.

After being chased by agents for several years, I decided to sell and downsize just before Christmas 2015. I made an Agency Agreement with Philip Dodd (then of Edwards and Elliott, now of Chewton Rose) and decided that marketing should begin after Christmas and New Year were out of the way. Bids were then sought, received, compared and negotiated by Philip to reach agreement with a buyer before the end of January 2016.
Philip was also extremely helpful with a maintenance problem which cropped up during that period.
