My experience with Chhayal Brahambe felt like a rare, heart-to-heart connection - one of those moments where you feel truly seen beyond the surface. She brought such a raw, grounded presence, like someone who was fully there with me, without judgment or distance.

It was a great session for me as I was able to know myself . I was able to recollect that what was going bad in my life and what was pulling me back . I could draw a lot of things from my past. Finally it was a great learning for me. Really Chhayal put a deep thoughts in my mind and I will be focusing on those points in future.

My journey from my Emotional Struggles to Self-Awareness and Strength.
I am deeply grateful that destiny introduced me to Chhayal. She is young, energetic, patient, and truly gifted in helping people understand their emotions in the right way. She helps middle-aged men and women, youngsters move beyond misconceptions about emotions and teaches how to become more self-aware, so emotions can be handled wisely instead of becoming something that controls us and finally succumb to victim mindset.

I was going through a very difficult phase in my relationship with my wife after 20+ years of marriage, and it affected the entire family, my kids and me deeply. Through meditation, self-control, and by joining a wonderful community, I was able to come out of the first stage of depression caused by that troubled relationship. It was during this journey that I met Chhayal. I knew I wanted freedom from my emotional struggles, but although there is a lot of information available through podcasts, videos, and online content, none of it truly helped me in a practical way.

What made the difference was Chhayal’s ability to listen with patience and understand my real-life emotional experiences at work, with family, friends, and relatives. Based on what I shared, she helped me understand the fundamentals of emotional intelligence and self-awareness in a very clear and relatable way. More importantly, she taught me simple techniques that I could actually practice and gradually master in daily life.

I genuinely feel that if I had learned these lessons 15 years ago, my life could have been very different. Even so, I am thankful because I believe the Almighty has a better plan for the next 15 years and beyond, starting now.

I truly appreciate Chhayal’s patience, maturity, and willingness to guide others at such a young age. I would strongly recommend her to anyone, of any age, who is going through an emotional rollercoaster for any reason.
