Awful company to deal with. Quality for the price point isn’t great and when returning the portal doesn’t work. Even when you post back on their instruction they then ignore all further communications and then don’t give your money back. Eventually have had to go through the bank and report them.

I want to return my order and the website is not recognising my order number. Customer service is a disaster. There is no contact number and they are not replying to my email. I give 0 star.

The dresses are nice but sadly the website returns portal is broken and the company don’t respond to any emails (I’ve sent 4) or messages on the website site messaging service.
I returned the dresses that were too big following the advice under FAQs via Evri tracking to the returns address listed but they haven’t acknowledged the return or issued a refund so I’m now raising it with my bank.
My advice is DO NOT USE this company as you can’t get a refund on anything ordered.

If only I could click on zero stars!!! Bought two dresses months ago for a wedding, tried to return but the portal kept throwing me out. Emailed numerous times and have been ignored. Took it upon myself to return at my cost, with a note begging for my money back. Heard nothing since and now not only spent on postage, I have no dresses and I’m down over £60. I am absolutely fuming. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Sent 2 dresses amounting to £71 back over a month ago and dispite many emails have heard nothing!
Have brought from them before and loved the dresses but wont be buying from them again.

Like many others, I didn't read the reviews before and I got SCAMMED by this company as I am unable to return a dress. They ignore all email and cannot be reached over the phone either. Avoid avoid avoid - I am surprised John Lewis stocks them as they are an awful company

Absolutely zero customer service, I returned a dress having ordered two sizes, I’ve got proof of postage for my return but they haven’t refunded me and aren’t replying to any emails.
Stay clear of this company.

What a shock, 5 months later and their return portal and refunds still aren’t working. I returned a dress, kept my proof of delivery as requested, told I was issued a refund to chase 7 working days after as not in my bank and what a shock, it hasn’t been processed as they are having issues and their accounts team are working on it. I just rightly want my money back. Avoid unless you know you will be keeping the dress, terrible company

I thought i was loosing my mind untill i found this page. I order two dresses from chichi london costing over £140. The dresses are too big and extremly poor quality. I have tried to return the dresses via online portal but its just keep telling me my order isnt found. I have sent 4 emails in the past week as i go on holiday next week and need to send them back to which none have been responding too. The contact number does not work. And there is no online chat like advertises online. Ive previous had nice dresses from chi chi london but i will never use them again!
I have paid via klarna so im hoping to complain via them. Ill update my post once i get futher however after reading these comment im not hopeful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICHI LONDON. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. I ordered 2 x dresses in sizes 10/12. I received 2 dresses in larger sizes and nothing like what I ordered. After numerous emails the sent me a return address. I returned both items via RoyalMail, recorded delivery, which I paid for and they sign for upon receiving the items back. I am still waiting for my refund a month later. This is now theft.

No customer service, no contact number, no responses to emails, no functioning returns portal. I am still awaiting a refund.
Have escalated to my credit card company to investigate further.

DO NOT BUY FROM. They literally do not let you return as the returns portal doesn’t find your order or any of your details that were on the confirmation email. They then do not reply to emails when you are trying to work out how to return. Luckily I paid through Klarna so hopefully they can do something. Absolutely disgusting, do not use.

How I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. The quality of the dresses is good, but ordered several sizes for bridesmaids to try.Same as others unable to register return on returns portal and then multiple emails requesting support unanswered. Don’t know if this is a complete scam or just utter incompetence, but will be reporting this potential fraud if I don’t hear anything in the next 48 hours.

Do not buy from this company! I have been trying to return a dress for weeks and they do not respond to any emails, Instagram or Facebook messages. Very poor customer service.

Awful company, do not order from them. Impossible to return items. Returns portal does not work and customer service team ignore emails, can’t be contacted by phone either as number doesn’t work! Would give zero stars if I could. Looking at all other reviews I’m surprised they are still in operation.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked them out on trust pilot before spending money on a potential wedding dress. The ordering and receiving of the dress was all good. But given the dress material is not what I expected I went onto the returns portal to start the process. That doesn;t work - I've so far sent 4 emails, no response and I am now not going to return the address wihtout them communicating to me first as having read the reviews, even it you return it they do not refund you. Shocking. What a scam of a company. £160 down. I best sell this on Vinted as that is my only hope of recouping any money as CHI CHi London certainly won't.

I wish I had read the reviews before making 2 orders of a few dresses to try. Having to go through my credit card to request a refund because their returns portal is down and customer service don't reply so there is no way to return items. Scammers it seems :-(

I have contacted Trading Standards regarding this company as I am still waiting for my refund and their phone numbers do not work, again returns portal is down so paid for tracked and signed for they received the parcel on 08.04.2026 at 08.34am and an employee signed for the parcel. They do not answer emails.
And I am still waiting for a refund

Still waiting for my £60 refund over 2 weeks later. No contact number. Dan via email says they cannot check whether they have received the parcel back. So basically have stolen £60 from me.

Another one for a bad review, retuned my item - they’ve had it back for 2 weeks ignoring my emails when reaching out for a refund. Would avoid.
