Absolutely shocking customer service. I had to return 3 dresses for refund, it took 6 weeks before I received my refund. Will not be ordering from here again. I would have given no stars if possible.

I have recently bought dresses up to the value of £190, when trying to return this all I have been met with is silence. I have shown proof of my returns, emailed multiple times and 6 weeks later I’m still waiting on my money being returned. I’m not understanding how this business is still being allowed to operate.

Only giving one star, as 0 stars is not an option. Returned my order 6 weeks ago, and still no refund, just excuse after excuse, and we only receive an update when we chase. Appalling customer service, and borderline fraudulent con artists.

I Ordered a dress on the 12th June for 3-5 working days delivery apparently, had a text confirmation of my order with a link, the link still says my items are being prepared to ship 2 weeks later?! Only wish I read the reviews before buying. No response from customer service when I asked for a refund. I had to raise the dispute with my bank as I read reviews after of some people not even receiving a refund when they sent their items back months ago!

Appalling totally avoid this company!!

Terrible customer service with no response to any emails or messages via their website Facebook and Instagram. 14 days and still no response on my refund. Will never be using this website again and contacting my bank to report the issue.
Would not recommend unless you want to loose money

I have had an absolute terrible time time to receive a refund, the company received my return product seven and a half weeks ago and that's taken for them to issue my refund. I have been given the run around by the customer services team who's an absolute joke one doesn't know what the other one is doing. I will never buy from this company again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! Impossible to return items- I have tried to contact them over 10 times to be ignored. I am going to attempt to get my money back via the bank. Do not order from Chi Chi London.

Zero stars but not possible unfortunately.
Can't return any item as apparently the website can't locate the order 🤔 the phone number invalid and I never get an response to the emails.
The dress that I ordered looks horrible,nothing like the one on the website,rubbish material so people pleased do not waste your money and your very precious time.

I made an order and didn’t get any dispatch notifications for a week which was odd. Then I emailed the customer service since the live chat does not even work and they just didn’t get back to me! (By the way the number provided on the website does not work at all!!) I must’ve emailed like 5 times and heard nothing back. Only when I threatened to dispute the payment did I suddenly receive a dispatch notification for one item! Took a week later to get the other one dispatched after following up again and requesting a refund! Customer service is awful. I would not recommend purchasing from this store. They have nice clothes but it’s just not worth the hassle. I will never be buying from here again. Good luck if you do!

Having read reviews stating chichi London had poor customer service I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt, as other reviews said clothes were good quality. My dress has not even arrived, I received a reply to my first chase and was told they had issues with the distributor. After a week it still hadn’t arrived so I requested a refund. Low and behold no response from them whatsoever

Placed an offer 3 weeks ago can’t track it I’ve sent 8 e mails not one reply. I’ve now contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

That 1 star is being generous. Dress was lovely but was to big returned at my cost. The customer service team said that there was a problem with there returns procedure so I would have to pay for it. Now 1 month on 2 emails they have a problem with there refund procedure. What a joke these companies are ripping people off the only thing that's not broke is they manage to take your money not give it back. They should be shut down

Doesn’t reply to return requests, emailed and called multiple times and nothing!!

Terrible. I returned goods in January and still not had a refund. They reply to my emails but with similar message each time ‘apologies, we are experiencing technical issues and will be in touch with you when this is sorted’. FOR 5 MONTHS! Need to get in touch with trading standards.

DISGUSTED returns portal states order not found, yet I have receive items. A cream waistcoat doesn’t have the same size arm holes one is 16cm diameter and the other 19cm. Also bright purple ink marks next two two button holes and black marks on cream shorts. I contacted them 6 times via email and Facebook chat yet no reply, my order was received on 23/5. I have complained to PayPal credit card to report them and I will never buy from them again!

Very poor returns service - no label provided so have to return to address which with the value of the dresses is costing me over £20! No support was provided to resolve this from their customer service team.

SCAM! Do not order from this company, they purposely do not process any returns, their returns page will just say order number not recognised, they ignore all emails and don’t answer the phone making it impossible to get a refund. Really wish I’d read previous reviews before ordering, avoid at all costs!

Have been trying to return a parcel since March. I have tried emailing chi chi London calling them. It’s not letting me create returns label saying my order doesn’t exist. To point where I am now going to have to pay for dress I don’t want and hope I can get money back by returning this at my own cost with all information sent and reach out to my bank for help. Klarna have also been no help what so ever in this situation but this company needs to be closed down as soon as possible.

Returns are impossible! Ordered a jumpsuit and want to exchange for alternative size and CANNOT start refund!!!
