I had a safety issue with All-In-One door. The phone number was never answered. It could be the time difference between UK and CST? The AI bot chat was pretty worthless but promised me an interaction with a living person the following day. TRACEY (person) was very kind and helpful through a chat portal. Problem got resolved.

We have purchased 4 original chicken guard units over the past ten years and these have always been very reliable and perfect for the hobby chicken keeper.
One of our oldest units has finally given up the ghost and we have just purchased one of their shiny new units with even more functionality to replace it. We were offered a loyalty discount upon proof of purchase of an older unit too.
Customer service has always been superb and quick, so looking forward to many more years using these.

What a great customer experiences. After 7 trouble free years I had a problem with my door opener and spoke to Tracy even though I didn’t think there was a chance that the problem could be resolved. Tracy was however determined to do her best to fix the problem- and she did.
It was great to speak to someone who was patient and clearly explained what needed to be done. Well done and thanks.

After only nine years of flawless operation, opening and closing only 6,500+ times, the motor of my Chickenguard automatic door opener has died forcing me to buy a replacement.

Now i discover that the price today is a little over half what i paid nine years ago, the unit in the meantime not only getting better but cheaper.

I dunno what the world is coming to.

The service by this company is fantastic. We had an issue with the door not properly closing, as the door plate was accidentally installed backwards. Chickengaurd's service department found the problem immediately via video, and they also followed up repeatedly to make sure the issue was corrected and door back in service. Their follow-up was beyond expectation and a reminder of what true service is like.

At first, my all in one chicken guard door didn't work. I emailed them on the site and I received exceptionally great help from Maribel. It works fine now. Thanks for all of your help maribel.

After good service on a wet & windy North Scotland croft our Chickenguard finally stopped.The helpful staff responded quickly & checked offering us the option of replacement electrics or new. They quickly sent us another ....with discount. Great service

My Chicken Guard opener became lost in transit. The customer service team were excellent. The lady tracked down my parcel which I found easily. I can not fault the customer service at this company. Thank you.
We have now fitted the opener, cobbled together rails and used a plastic roofing tile for the door. The door sold with the system wasn't large enough so had to fashion one. It works perfectly. The opener took some fiddling to get it to programme the timer, but it was sorted in the end. Now waiting until tomorrow to see if I have set it right. It's for Runner Ducks so set the closure to manual as they are excellent at running around before bed 😅

I have recently purchased the chickenguard Barn coop.
I must say that this is one of the best recycled plastic coops that I have seen.
It is extremely well engineered and was a pleasure to put together
I honestly could not fault it.

Cela fait deux fois que j'ai recours à Chickenguard. La première fois, pour remplacer mon ancien appareil. Cette fois, pour faire jouer la garantie de mon nouvel appareil. Et dans les deux cas (passé le chat automatique), la réponse a été précise, circonstanciée, efficace et aimable. Donc 5/5.

excellent product with excellent support

Received my Chicken Guard Automatic Door with Solar Panel and upon arrival the box had a previous customers shipping label on it that was simply covered by a blank label you could still see the prior persons name and info on. Opening the box, the actual door was missing. I contacted customer support, gave them my Order number and they were able to see that Amazon fulfilled my order. They requested photos for proof of my experience but immediately got a new box shipped. Not just the door, the entire kit. They told me to not worry with sending back my current box but to keep it for spare parts.
Tracey was quick and responsive and I appreciated that while their chat starts by an automatic response, it gets you to a person quickly without jumping through 18 questionnaires that leave you with nothing being resolved. She was genuine with her responses and her management team went above and beyond to ensure I received the right product.
I had read positive reviews regarding the customer service which is why I ultimately went with their product over others and I'm so glad I did. I understand things happen and mistakes can be made, but how a company handles these situations can make or break a customers experience.

Chickenguard were very helpful when I had problems with my 2 year old unit, and when they couldn't solve them by phone, sent me a replacement back board and it works great again.

Probleem met motor all-in-one. Na contact werd er mij een nieuwe motor toegezonden met handleiding om deze te vervangen onder garantie.
Tevens werd er ook een nieuwe beschermende sticker voor bedieningspaneel meegeleverd welke door de weersinvloed beschadigd was geraakt.
Na plaatsing nieuwe motor draaide de motor verkeerd. Opnieuw contact opgenomen en wederom kreeg ik een gedetailleerde handleiding om instelling te wijzigen zodat kippenluik weer normaal werkt.
Hierdoor kunnen mijn kippen weer gerust s’nachts in een veilig afgesloten hok slapen.

The chickenguard is great but not for tropical areas, the battery housing rust quickly and we just got told that ant gets into everything. We had so many issue with the door not opening.
