I needed a replacement cutlery basket which wasn't available from the webshop so I reached out to customer service. They were very helpful in completing the order and, even though the delivery time was quite long, I got frequent updates throughout the process. They even paid half the cost of import taxes and VAT due to a misunderstanding in the original payment.

Made a pledge back in 2021 on Kickstarter. They had many «problems» delivering. In the end they promised a refund after 3 years of not fulfilling their part of the contract. It’s 2026 now, many original backers has still not heard anything from them. So be aware of their lack of commitment and costumer service. And two years ago they launched a new campaign on kickstarter without fulfilling their part to the original backers. It’s just a huge mess.

Andrea from customer care was incredibly patient and helpful, which made the whole crowdfunding process feel smooth.
The wait was long, but once it arrived, it was absolutely worth it. Our small apartment can’t fit a full dishwasher, and with a baby coming, we needed something practical. This was perfect.
It’s also bigger than expected—in a good way. When we unboxed it, we were surprised by how much it fits.
Overall, even with the wait, we’re glad we trusted the process.

i’d been thinking about getting Loch dishwasher for years… and finally had the chance to get one. honestly didn’t expect to love it this much but it’s a total game changer. always used to wash dishes by hand so this really made a difference.

Based on the review from various sites , I have decided to cancel my order.
It was as simple as sending a email , however they are slow on actioning this .
Also , meant to be a 7% cancellation charge understandable but I never heard of a company doing this especially for an order that wasn’t even sent out or dispatched .
I am glad I didn’t hand over a fair bit of money because I do believe , this company like others have said would be difficult to deal with if anything goes wrong .
Was lucky enough NOT to try this product, the separate water tank look handy and was a great concept .

we have a product - The capsule dishwasher from the Kickstarter campaign.

The product was not working properly. We contacted the customer support (thanks again Max) and they were more than helpful. In the end we received, for free, all the new parts, together with detail description how to install them. The machine is now all set up and working like a charm.

Definitely a company which I can recommend. No place to worry in here.

Forget cheap, flimsy plastic this appliance is built to last. For its compact size, the cleaning performance is outstanding. It’s reliable, highly efficient, looks great on the counter, and proves that great capability can come in a small package.

Looks really impressive and fits on the worktop easily. Glasses come out sparkling and cups look brand new. Very happy.

The dishwasher is of great design and it looks great on my kitchen counter. The product I received had unfortunately a defect of function, but the support team have been great, and helped resolving the issue. Great customer support.

It’s now five months since I bought my Loch dishwasher and I’m highly delighted with it. I use it daily and it does an excellent job.

Was really pleased with my unit , washed well and so helpful not having to wash up by hand. However unfortunately the unit was faulty and had to be sent back. Loch were easy to contact and stayed in good communication during- unfortunately my unit couldn’t be fixed so was replaced . It’s taken time like anything does but I’m glad I waited it out. Can’t complain about the customer service and these product faults happen in all electronics it’s unfortunate, but I’ve rated the company 5 stars based on how they have dealt with it. Also I love my new dishwasher. Having bad shoulders too the side canister is so much easier for my body instead of top filling like a previous tabletop dishwasher I had. Very pleased . Thank you

Worth the wait. I have a lot of dishes and silverware for a one person household and did t have the space for a full sized dishwasher. I just got the upper racks and love that they could be used on the original model. Perfect for lids and large utensils. Such a smart design.

I was kept informed about the delivery of my dishwasher. Worked as expected.

I had a little issue with the washer but the assistance I have had from the team was amazing. As I was comfortable changing a part or two they sent me the items to change.

I had a response to every email and even though the making had an issue I am more than happy with the company.

I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who doesn’t have much space. If I ever need to buy another one, I will definitely consider this company. And thank you for your help to the team.

Purchased the Capsule dishwasher in January 2026 as it sounded very promising for a very small kitchen, where we’ve been struggling to keep up with dishes due to ill health in the family. Sadly within a few months it started to fail, it wasn’t cleaning properly and would shut down in the middle of a cycle. On contacting Loch I was sent videos of how to open up the control panel myself to check parts out, but given I’m not a technician I refused to do this and requested a refund. After some back and forth I did agree to a replacement unit to give it one last try, but this would not be dispatched until they received the original one back. It took weeks (and extra cost) to find a box big enough to pack this securely, and Loch arranged a collection, only for the courier to arrive and say the box was too large for him to take. I had sent Loch the dimensions of the box, but they had evidently chosen the cheapest shipping option without checking. I contacted Loch immediately after the courier left, and have since been completely ignored, left with a large box in my small hallway and no dishwasher.

Don’t waste over £300 on this company if you can’t afford to lose it.

I was able to communicate with a person at Loch who sincerely took in my frustration with the long and undefined lead time on the Kickstarter project while they were shipping orders purchased directly from their website. I have received the dishwasher and it is quite well built. I tested a wash and the dishes came out perfectly clean and hot.

We will be using this dishwasher in our RV and at campsites as we travel around so we wanted a somewhat compact machine that didn't use much water. We will load it in our truck and take it out when we need it.

The carry handle is helpful for moving the unit. The interior is stainless and the door is durable plastic. The exterior case is nicely designed and I do think the capacity is better than comparable units. The setup is simple. The instruction book provided clearly explains the various wash cycles. The front touch panel is well laid out and intuitive. There are a couple features that are activated in a specific way and those are all described in the instruction book. The tips and troubleshooting in the back are helpful to understand how to use the machine and what to do if something is not working as expected. It seems most issues can be resolved easily by the user.

Even with the fulfillment issues via the Kickstarter campaign, I would recommend this dishwasher. The dishwasher is solid and the company is clearly working to improve customer responsiveness. Purchase via their website and they are now able to fulfill those orders as they are received.

I ordered via Kickstarter and have yet to get even a shipping estimate. I would love an update versus silence. I have reached out via email and Facebook and no response. Please provide a shipping date and an explanation why Kickstarter supporter purchases are being pushed out yet the dishwashers can be purchased directly via the Loch website with 3 day shipping.

I'll update my review if I ever get the dishwasher.

It looks even better in person than shown on the pictures. I was expecting something plasticky, but it feels quite high-end. Super easy to set up and get it to do the first wash. Had Chinese takeaway that night so plates were super messy and sticky. They came out spotless! One thing I assumed I'd dislike was the external water tank, thinking it would waste precious counter space, but it's actually very convenient to be able to see how much water left and to add water directly. Really thoughtful design!

I bought this specifically for my newborn, and it’s been amazing for washing her bottles and all her stuff. It washes, sanitises, and stores everything in one place, which makes life so much easier. Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’d highly recommend it!

It uses barely any water, makes almost no noise, and the controls are simple enough that you don’t need to think twice. It’s one of those “does exactly what it says” appliances. A proper workhorse for small spaces.

This is clearly a Chinese company that hopes you will just go away and has no customer support.

They will ask you to start taking the item apart and test with multi-meters. I am not a qualified electrician.

They refuse to replace the item

Like many reviews I am sure I will get the standard reply (like others) that they will be contacting me but I just wish I had read more of these reviews first and avoided the company.
