Very informative on guiding us through our daughters allergies.

Professor Brough was so supportive and insightful in her help toward the treatment required for my son, explaining clearly those areas she felt we needed to address, and the results were fast – changing his life immediately for the better. We’re incredibly grateful to her and her team, and appreciate the patience and care shown. We’re confident in the guidance and follow up plan we’ve been provided and hopeful for the future. We had a quiet poor quality expirience with Professor Helen Brough. She was snobish, didn't look at my daughter skin at all, no deep question about routine or circumstances, no any additional gut bacteria text or etc. 15 minutes talk from basic information and commercial pharmaceutical samples. It was very disappointing meeting compare the price and all doctors descriptions.

Dr Brough was fantastic, thorough, efficient, reactive, considerate and understanding. Time was taken to communicate with me, and to respond to my son’s needs. This is my second experience at to is clinic and I remain firm that Dr Brough and the team are focused on your child, their health and not just pushing services. I cannot thank Dr Brough enough.

Professor Helen Brough was so understanding and knowledgeable when it came to my Daughters eczema. Her team were always very fast and efficient in responding to any queries or requests. I have felt at ease knowing that my daughter is under their care.

Prof. Brough is exceptional. For over 18 months, I've been battling with a trifecta of sleep, skin and gastro issues affecting my newborn now toddler. Professor Brough was extremely patient and methodical, taking time to troubleshoot each of the issues and shape a holistic treatment plan. She quickly diagnosed my son's dust mite allergy, and has given us a treatment plan for his eczema and reflux. After so many hospital visits and months not knowing what's wrong, it's such a relief to have a diagnosis and way forward. Feel very lucky to have been referred to Prof . Brough. Her team (Nel and Emily) are also very pleasant and efficient.

Very good care from the nurses at Portland Hospital and Very good care from Prof. Brough who is attentive to my child’s allergies. In addition I had very quick answers from the hole team of Pro. Brough.

We were referred to Dr. Helen by my son’s pediatrician for his cradle cap. Before seeing her, we had consulted with a GP and health visitors, but none of their recommendations helped ease his problem for months. However, Dr. Helen resolved it within a week with the right treatment. Her regular consultations also aided us in overcoming his egg allergy. She is a very knowledgeable, caring, and kind doctor, and we are truly glad that our paths crossed.

As a physician and parent, I have extensive experience of both British and American healthcare systems. It's with this background that I wholeheartedly endorse Professor Brough and her exceptional multidisciplinary team. Throughout the past year, my son has been undergoing oral immunotherapy for tree nuts and we have consistently experienced care that is not only brilliant but also delivered with a warm and friendly approach. My son actually enjoys the visits!

Her expertise is genuinely outstanding complemented by her caring and approachable manner. Given the current lengthy NHS waiting times and varying levels of expertise available, seeking early high quality intervention can be a valuable investment in your child's long-term health and wellbeing. This clinic not only provides top-tier medical care but also instills a sense of confidence and peace of mind, invaluable to any parent navigating the complexities of childhood allergies. I have already recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues and both of us (mum & dad) are very grateful.

We called the team after our son had a suspected allergy. The reception and admin team were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us to the right information to prepare for the visit. The visit itself was calm, reassuring and my son felt very at ease. Helen was calm, knowledgable and quickly put us at ease and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.

Prof Brough was very helpful and thorough, she communicated clearly and recommended the best solutions for Lenny's skin.
His eczema improved in a days and the follow up appointment was a breeze. I am glad I made a decision to see a specialist instead of struggling to manage Lenny's allergies and eczema myself.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Brough to anyone. We’ve been doing the sesame updosing programme with our daughter and have seen incredible progress. Dr Brough is extremely caring, personable and efficient. The whole team have made something that could be quite stressful, a joy.
