Dr Brough had an excellent, professional manner. She explained our options, the various pros and cons, and allowed us to take account of her recommendations without in any way being pushy. She was also great with my son, who as a 15 year old can be a bit sensitive about being treated like a child!

Dr Brough is very knowledgeable and reassuring. She was able to diagnose the causes of my son's ezcema with speed and accuracy. She then created a care plan which is easy to understand and follow. Dr Brough has a very 'human' approach and seems to care about the patients she sees.

Dr Helen was very good at diagnosing my son's allergies. Would throughly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing issues, my son is 12 and had been experiencing intermittent pain, we have also been working with dieticians/ nutritionists, and gastro specialists and the whole experience from start to finish was super efficient and I can't fault it, she put our anxieties at ease and also really helped highlight the allergy connection with asthma etc, I'm very happy with our choice and the help she gave us. -thank you to Dr Helen. I also appreciated the ability to have the follow up virtually with my work commitments I found that to be helpful. Thanks again.

I am incredibly glad we reached out to Dr Brough, her her help and advice has significantly improved my daughter's quality of life and in turn ours as a family. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma at about age 3, and put on a series of standard inhalers, sometimes in vast quantities. Despite this she ended up having to have antibiotics 5 times in 12 months for ongoing coughs and seemed to be picking up everything possible. We were lucky enough to be able to afford private, having been at breaking point with the NHS system (which I love but wasn't helping our daughter). In just one appointment she had been allergy tested, had blood tests arranged and was given new inhalers. Aside from a bout of tonsillitis she's been free of lingering coughs and antibiotics for 7 months, and seems to be able to fight off infection far better. Her appetite has increased dramatically and she's missed only 1 day of school due to illness - unlike the previous term and her time in nursery where we even had a teacher talk to us about her absence due to illness. I could not be more thankful we found Dr Brough, she clearly explained everything and we have had a follow up too.

Dr Helen and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They got to the root of my baby's allergies quickly with great information about how to manage them. I would recommend Dr Helen to anyone!

Dr. Brough and her office provided a comprehensive level of coverage for our son, and she was able to help us with everything we required assistance with. Would highly recommend her office for anyone with a child under 1 years old.

We have been seeing Dr Brough for almost two years now for various allergy issues. Dr Brough (and her staff) are all caring and patient and I feel at ease with my child under her care. Dr. Brough explains everything in detail and welcomes any questions I have had during the course of my child's allergy testing. I have also learned a great deal about allergy awareness as well. I highly recommend her for any treatment needed.

Very professional and knowledgable. Was calm and reassuring with my daughter following her skinprick test. Our time in the appointment and follow up consultation has left me feeling confident in managing my daughters peanut allergy going forwards.

Dr Brough seemed to listen to our concerns regarding my toddler; The moment she prescribed the right medication it has been a game changer, not just for us but for him who has suffered with ongoing coughs for over 6 months, where the GP didn't want to prescribed anything; Within 4 weeks of visiting Dr Brough, my son has had a cough which has lasted days instead of weeks which is fabulous!

Dr Brough is attentive, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have found her and know my child is getting the absolute best possible care. An expert and an asset to her profession.

Dr Brough is clearly an expert in her field and offers practical and insightful guidance to managing our child’s allergies. Her team are very warm and thoughtful, putting our son totally at ease on arrival.

Dr Brough has been the only doctor who has managed to work out what was happening with our son and restore his health and my sanity. My boy was having a lot of digestive issues from being a newborn and Dr Brough worked out the problem and gave us an action plan which solved the issues. When new issues arose as he grew, she has been the only person to pinpoint what needs to be done and has literally been our saviour in so many respects. She has an absolute wealth of information and is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and reliable. Also, the service is efficient and the turn around with which I receive responses from Dr Brough and/or appointment times is excellent. I have put my sons health in her hands repeatedly in the first two years of his life and I continue to do so. I cannot thank her enough and I recommend her to everyone.

My daughter had a severe reaction to something in her diet. Her skin wasn't getting any better and she ended up in hospital. Dr Brough identified the allergen and gave us a clear treatment plan. She clearly explained everything. She answered all my questions. She gave me time to talk. She had a kind manner with my daughter. She was wonderful. Dr Brough is excellent. My daughter's skin has dramatically improved and my husband and I have the confidence and knowledge to know how to care for her - all thanks to Dr Brough.
