Great shelves. Prompt delivery and they cut them to my length and rounded the corners and sides for me.

Perfect sample selection of wood stains to decide what colour pantry shelves to purchase. Long time customer and have ordered a few different scaffolding boards overtime for around the house / above radiator shelves.
Products always look high quality and stylish.

Really lovely shelves and good service. Chunky, good quality and lovely finish. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was hoping the live edge would be less uniform and each of the shelves more unique but it looks as though they have been machined. Will still look lovely, just not as unique as I’d hoped.

We ordered some floating shelves from Chill House via B&Q and absolutely loved them. We then contacted Chill House directly to ask whether they could supply bespoke sizes for another project we were working on.

I ordered 2 floating shelves. 1 shelf had pre drilled holes and 1 didnt. However upon contacting Chill House. They couldn't have been more helpful and promptly sent a replacement within 2 days. I would happily purchase from them again.

Swift delivery.
Website needs to be looked at…. Soooo painfully slow to react to each click.
When paying for my second order (ordered because the products are good despite painful process TO order), it repeatedly refused to accept my card, my husbands card and any card I offered!! Rang to speak to someone as the order was required urgently, was told to email my request. Never heard another thing.
Please sort out your website as I am certain it is losing you money.
