Covid made me, along with many others I suspect, realize the importance of having one's affairs in order and after a number of today's impersonal "press 1 for wills, 2 for power of attorney" false starts elsewhere, I found Chiltern Wills and Rebecca D'Arcy. Not only was Rebecca able to efficiently, painlessly and economically arrange my Will and Powers of Attorney, she provides the "old fashioned" nothing is too much trouble, friendly and personal service with the knowledge and efficiency of a modern computer! Rebecca D’Arcy at Chiltern Wills LLP was superb. Highly recommended (& and I have a comparison – see below). We created two Wills with Guardianship and associated Trust for a child fixed price. The whole process was easy to follow, clear and confidence building. Rebecca asks the right questions to understand us and offered great suggestions to quickly get the right result.

(( A stark contrast to larger family solicitors for relatives where we have faced delays, being handed from one solicitor to another along with mistakes in the documents which we found and they took two goes to correct - all which we’ve had to pay for in their high hourly charges. (this is not just a moan - but a comparison from experience of something few of us do often. I’m sure not the case for all family solicitors – but was with ours))
