We reached out to this company to set up a chimney appointment, which took about two weeks for the technician to arrive. On the day of the appointment, they were supposed to arrive between 10 am -12 pm, but I got a call saying their driver had been in an accident. The woman I spoke with offered to reschedule, and I suggested later that same day. She said she’d call me back to confirm someone could come around 8 pm, but I never heard back.
I called again around 5 pm and was told the tech would call before showing up but he didn’t. He did eventually arrive around 8 pm, smelling bad, wearing slippers and spent less than five minutes looking at the chimney. We mentioned to him there was a crack that another inspector had said needed repair and asked how to fix it. He told us to just patch it up with some mud and said it would be fine to use afterward, then left.

We didn’t feel comfortable with that answer, so we got opinions from two other companies. Both said the entire interior needed to be rebricked and cleaned before it could be safely used.

This company provided terrible service and a terrible inspection. I’ve also called for a copy of our receipt but still haven’t received it.

Chimney Pro offered me to forge a fake receipt dated from a year ago against money .
