Terrible company to work for. Rude management, unorganized procedures.

It's a pyramid scheme and they overcharge customers. None of the employees are well trained and it's not the employee's fault, it's management.

This company is a scam. They sent a technician who upsold what we needed, which was fine. I gave a deposit and then scheduled a future appointment. I learned 1 week before our appointment that the company's technician ran away with my money and I needed to recollect my deposit. They are not taking responsibly for the stolen payments from their own employees and cancelled the appointment for the actual duct cleaning. Be very careful with this company.

Technician came out to perform an $89 cleaning of the dryer duct. He checked a few things and said it was clogged and would be $400 to clear the clog. So I had to pay $93 not to get ripped off for $400.

I had my Dryer Vent (rooftop of ranch home) cleaned on May 26, 2025. Bird nest and debris removed for $140.00 with coupons and being a repeat customer. I called them back less than a month later (June 17, 2025) to remove another bird nest and was told that would cost me $200.00. What do you think I should do? Hire Mr. Duct again or find a different company more willing to treat me as a repeat customer?

Customer service was exceptional and the technician they sent did a great job cleaning out my dryer vents/ducts.

Scott was very professional and communicated well when he would be arriving onsite, as well as the dispatcher called to confirm the appointment.

There were no surprises and the prices were very fair. I would recommend this company for your air/dryer duct cleaning needs.

I have had my ducts clean Ed by Mr Duct three times in the last six years I have no complaints but I still would like to know where all the dust is coming from

I am a realtor and scheduled this cleaning for my clients. The service was Quick and excellent! The technicians really knew what they were doing and made my clients feel that their home was clean and safe.

They were great. So polite. Worked thoroughly and efficiently.
I was extremely pleased.

We had some remodeling done in our home and the dust was EVERYWHERE. One of my cats and I were both sick from the drywall dust so I had Mr. Duct Cleaner come out and they did a GREAT job at cleaning up everything out of the vents and air ducts and unit in the attic. I also had a professional house cleaner get the house dust free and after the Duct cleaning, my cat and I both felt so much better! I would definitely recommend and use them again!

The team from Mr. Duct Cleaner was prompt and the work they did was exceptional. They even crawled into an intake area to clean the thick dust that had built up for years, and cleaned my dryer vent for free. I've recommended them to my family who also used them with good results. Highly recommended.

They came on time,got right to work. They work efficiently and quietly not interrupting my work.When they finished there was NO mess. Since they left myHVAC system has worked better.

Horrible. Pictures were promised but never produced. Many other problems. One guy did most of the work, the other two hardly did anything. Long lunch break. A guy tried to access a duct with a ladder on stairs. The guy fell. Another worker yelled “Dad” and rushed the guy out of the house. They were in such a hurry, they left the phone charger at least one of them were using to charge their cell phone. I was glad they were gone and didn’t have time to complain. I’ve been meaning to leave a public review, but just didn’t find the time with so many other home projects.

It was an unpleasant experience as the dust still gets in the room so unsure on the cleaning even after 2 attempts. The cost was on the higher side but outcome doesn’t match its value, I’m trying other options and let you choose what’s best for you!
