I ordered chips from them twice. Both went essentially the same, but this time was WAY worse. I spoke with someone from customer service (Brittany) and told her I needed the chips by Friday...if I couldn't get them by Friday I don't need them, my son was coming to town I was hosting a game that weekend. She assured me there would be no problem as long as I ordered on the website right away. I asked what shipping I should choose, I would be happy to pay a premium. She said UPS should be fine instead of USPS, I said if there is an issue let me know. Tuesday no tracking number, Wed nothing, emailed the company no response, I get a message Thursday that the chips shipped via USPS. I track them they are due in Monday. I email several times Thursday and Friday and Monday, no response. After I calm down a little on Monday I email and say, if you can give me some kind of future discount on a future order, I will keep these. I get fed up with waiting and Monday afternoon late I call the number on the website and Brittany answers oh Hi (used my name) obviously recognizes my number, I was just going to call you. Sorry I have been busy, I need to discuss with the owner what he wants to do but he is gone until tomorrow, I will call tomorrow etc etc. I get a call then next day, the owner is still out, I had a personal errand I had to run, etc etc. I hear nothing for 2 days, I finally call the number, talk to a different person and request a return and a refund. I found another site, pokerchipmania.com that has the chips cheaper anyway. I don't care if the service is just as bad because the chips are way cheaper, but it can't possibly be as bad as these guys, which is so disappointing.

We had great experience with ChipCave. We ordered a table.. from the great customer service...we decided to order the 1000 chip set with an acrylic case.. I changed my mind 5 times on the chips.. they called me personally to confirm my order.. got my chips in 3 days.. these guys are awesome.. They even sent 100 chips extra by mistake and told me to keep em.. customer service was 100%

I bought 700 poker chips, a pack of cards and a chip carrier. After trying to get ahold of them for over a month I finally got them to send what I ordered (It’s like they forgot about it or something). It took about two days to get here but when it did all I got was my chips?? I emailed them again about missing my cards and carrier and they explained the carrier was out of stock but they will send the cards right away. How do you just not mention that when I order it or when you finally send it?? I just don’t understand how they are still in business and I’m not the only one to have these issues. Definitely won’t order from here again.

Twice I've placed a large order - both times I never heard from them after a week - When I can finally get in touch with them - they claim some warehouse issue and we won't be getting our product for a while.

At least they did give me money both times - but I truly have no idea how they stay in business.

Do not order from this company. Ordered my chips over a month ago, they still haven't shipped it, won't answer phone, wont respond to emails, save your money. If I could I would give them a 0.

I live in Kansas City and was preparing a Super Bowl party with a Vegas theme for Super Bowl LVIII. I made a craps table and needed to get some chips to complete the set up. Things didn’t start off great…when the case arrived, it was damaged (likely during shipping), and I reached out to customer service for help. Brittney is an absolute rockstar, and promised to send a new case ASAP at no charge. Through the week I kept an eye on UPS, hoping that my chips would be coming soon. I reached out once again to Brittney and she told me she would work to find out why they hadn’t shipped. I was getting worried; you can’t run a craps game without chips!! With exceptional and professional service, maybe a touch of magic, those chips arrived two days later. I cannot express how beneficial Brittney is to her company. I don’t know if she is an owner or an employee, but they need to give her a raise. I recommend them highly, and will be using them exclusively from here on out. 5 stars.

This company sucks! “Next day shipping” is completely false. In fact, they took over a week to NOT ship my order, days to answer my inquiries, emailed me and said I need to call them, then told me they are out of stock on the items that I already paid for. Lady I finally got a hold of I could barely hear cause she a dog barking the whole time. Total disrespect for their customers and didn’t even apologize sincerely for their screw up.

Horrible! Brittany in customer service flat out lies to you saying it will ship out today.... it will not ship.... they advertise next day shipping but nothing ever ships... they are ridiculously bad!

I ordered a 1000 chip set with acrylic case as well as with other miscellaneous extra chips to complete my set. My acrylic case came separate from my chips and have yet to receive any chips. Customer service is absolutely horrible and Haven’t been able to get a solid answer for almost a month of waiting. I was informed some denominations were not in stock even though at time of purchase they said they were. I suggest to steer clear of this company or go elsewhere. Over a month and still waiting for my chips, when I ask for a refund I get no response. Terrible.

1st of all, the chips are very nice. They look exactly like the images on the website. 2nd, I was in a rush to get these chips because I had a tournament in 4 days and they were able to get the chips I needed to me the day before my tournament. 3rd and the most important. Brittney went out of her way to find what they had in stock so that I can have all of the denominations I needed. through phone calls, text messages, pictures of the chips they had on their shelves she was relentless in her effort to help. Thank you Brittney. I am already looking to place my next order.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they went above and beyond to fulfill my order. the particular chip set I got did not come in the denominations I wanted and I contacted customer support to see if I can get it customized and they were happy to help. I was helped by the team members Brittney and Jo and they were both amazing. Not only did I get my order customized but they worked with me to get my order before I left for an out-of-town trip. Not only was the customer service spectacular, but the quality of the chip set I received was more than worth the money. I love the case I received, almost as much as the chips. They have a ton of different cool designs to choose from, and if you’re on the fence about ordering from Chip Cave, do it! You won’t regret it.

This place is a scam. They don’t give you your entire order. I’ve been waiting months and they still haven’t sent me my full order and have gone dark. Beware!!

I participate in others leagues, host a league, as well as monthly tournaments. Like many others in my position, I’ve been on Amazon and all the other poker sites always finding myself annoyed at the customer service, lack of inventory, quality, shipping, or any combination of these. My dissatisfaction ended with Chip Cave. This is the ONLY place I will spend my money moving forward for my poker needs.

What sealed the deal was when I needed some hard to come by chips and expressed this with another customer on Facebook. Chip Cave reached out to me from previous invoices via text and within minutes I had an order placed for the chips I needed to complete my set for an upcoming tournament.

If the all of the things you look for in your poker gear being met by Chip Cave wasn’t enough, their customer service has been exceptional every time. This personal touch on my most recent order has made me a loyal customer for life. I can’t recommend them here, or in my poker groups, highly enough.

Awesome Quality Chips!

I purchased the Las Vegas chips and the quality is top notch in every way. The feel and sound are casino quality or better. Some of my chips had to be backordered and i was given the choice of waiting for them to come back into stock or to change my order to something different. I decided to wait the 1 week, customer service communicated the entire way. I would highly recommend buying your chips from the Chip Cave, as we are more than pleased with the product and service.

Chip cave is THE PLACE to buy all of your poker chips, cards, and accessories! I customized my order so it took a little bit longer but it was still delivered within a week! I was disappointed when I got the package and it was damaged and I was missing some chips but all I had to do was text them and they immediately created a new order with my missing chips and took care of all the costs. It was shipped the next day free of charge. Their customer service is amazing and I’m very satisfied with the product!
