Je rejoins les très NOMBREUX avis du service client Déplorable, arrogant, et indigne pour une enseigne de ce niveau prestige ! Notez en plus que CHOPARD ne prends meme pas la peine de répondre à ces avis clients ... Cet avis concerne une bague de la collection Happy Spirit. Achetée online il y a quelques jours via le site Collector Square, elle est numérotée et magnifique (Taille 48). Ma taille est 54...
Le site Collector Square a omis de spécifier que cette bague ne pouvais pas être agrandie....
Dès réception de ce bijoux si beau, je l'ai amené a 2 bijoutiers experts qui m'ont confirmé ce qui est évident:
- Que aucun joaillier ne prendrai le risque d'intervenir (meme sur l'anneau) sur une bague de marque de ce type.
- Que techniquement il ne semble pas si difficile de remplacer l'anneau existant par un autre a ma taille.
- Que SEULS les Ateliers Chopard seraient en mesure de me faire ce devis. Evidemment.
Cela me semble logique.
Mais bon, quand on aime...
Après c'est la douche froide !
- J'appelle dans un 1er temps le Service Client le jour de réception.... et qui me prends de haut et ne réponds pas
- Puis je leur envoi un mail pour préciser cette demande urgente n'ayant que qq jours pour la rendre a Collector Square dans les délais de retractation.
- Aucune réponse à mon mail.
- J'appelle donc
- Même attitude du très aimable monsieur du "Service client", froid, impatient et hautain !

Les clients clairement CHOPARD s'en moque !
Le client n'est absolument pas pris au sérieux.
La Direction ne lis visiblement pas les avis de leurs clients.

I ordered online, and the delivery was supposed to arrive within 4 days. It has now been 10 days and I still haven’t received my order. Purchased ring online and price was including all taxes and fees. But on delivery was asked to pay taxes and duties additionally which is 10% on top of the price! So I paid more than it priced in the store!!! It’s disgusting experience.

I've had several items of jewellery from Chopard over the years. But two expensive items perform extremely poorly, one is my watch, which was so expensive and doesn't keep time at all. It's automatic. I'm out of warranty now, so I haven't bothered getting it checked again, but I just wear it as a piece of jewellery now. The second is a ring, where the glass fell out and I lose the diamond because of that. Also out of warranty. Very poor quality for a supposedly luxury brand company.

im Februar dieses Jahres habe ich zu meinem Geburtstag eine Vintage-Chopard-Uhr erhalten, die mir viel bedeutet. Am 28. Februar 2025 habe ich diese in Ihrer Wiener Boutique zur Bandkürzung, einem regulären Service sowie zur Ausstellung eines Echtheitszertifikats abgegeben. Man versicherte mir damals, dass ich kontaktiert werde, sobald die Uhr abholbereit sei.

Leider ist dies nie geschehen. Bei einem persönlichen Besuch in Ihrer Wiener Filiale am 15. Mai 2025 stellte sich heraus, dass die Uhr zwar fertig gewartet und das Band angepasst worden war, jedoch nicht – wie besprochen – in die Schweiz zur Ausstellung des Echtheitszertifikats geschickt worden war. Für die bisher erbrachten Leistungen habe ich 1.210 Euro bezahlt.

Heute ist der 23. Juni 2025 – und ich habe meine Uhr noch immer nicht zurückerhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage in Wien erhielt ich lediglich die Information, dass sich die Uhr aktuell noch immer in der Schweiz befindet.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von diesem Serviceerlebnis. Bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse – und insbesondere bei einer Marke wie Chopard – erwarte ich ein anderes Maß an Professionalität, Kommunikation und Kundenorientierung. Leider wurde ich in dieser Hinsicht sehr enttäuscht und kann daher nicht ausschließen, mich in Zukunft für eine andere Marke zu entscheiden.

Please spare yourself the disappointment and dont buy this brand. I bought a 10K chopard happy diamond watch. In less than 1 year I sent it back for repair 4 times in a row!! The face cracked with the slightest movements. Then the battery died. Then It started losing time and the minute handle just fell off and is floating inside the face. Im beyond upset. Cant believe such a fashion brand should have such absolute crappy quality.

I expected a luxury experience from Chopard, but their product quality and customer service are shockingly bad. My ring needed repairs almost immediately after purchase—completely unacceptable for a so-called high-end brand. The repair process has been a nightmare: endless delays, lack of communication, and zero accountability. Months have passed, and I still don’t have my ring or a refund. I bought ring in Nov 24, still didn't get it back.

Chopard’s after-sales service is a disaster. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

My husband bought me 4 jewellery items from the Happy Diamonds range, which have been very disappointing. The 2 pendant necklaces, whilst beautiful, I find that the weighty clasp/bar and logo creep around to the front of the necklace and then sit next to the pendant, which looks ugly. I am constantly adjusting it back. The matching earrings are too weighty and have stretched one of my pierced holes in my ear (been pierced for 50 years) and therefore they now sit lopsided. The bracelet has several lengths; my wrist is small so there is a long excess which just hangs there.

Exceptional Services by Anthony at Chopard inside Selfridges. I have been through many Chopard store and he is one and only that will go out of his way to help you, besides being courteous, professional, and patience. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for buy Chopard in Lomdon, Anthony at Selfridges is your guy to go!

Ich hatte eine alte goldene Chopard-Uhr (Erbstück) wohl Ende der 50er/Anfang der 60er Jahre zur Revision gegeben, weil das Modell vom Design wirklich zeitlos schön ist und nicht wie eine Vintage Uhr aussieht.

Ich erhielt die Uhr revisioniert mit Seriennummer und Scheckkarte mit Uhrendaten zurück. Auch eine telefonische Anfrage zu dem Modell wurde sehr freundlich bearbeitet. Der Service war exzellent, weshalb ich auch zwei weitere Chopard-Uhren zwischenzeitlich erworben habe.
(Bei einer alten Omega-Uhr Anfang der 70er Jahre wurde z. B. ein Revision, auch Teilrevision, auch optische Aufarbeitung, schlicht abgelehnt.)

Mit etwas Mühe ist es mir gelungen, zwei noch unverkaufte JACKY ICKX EDITION 5 Uhrenmodelle (in Gold und Stahl) in Europa zu erwerben. Diese Modelle sind meines Erachtens die schönsten und wohl aufwändigsten Chopard Uhrenmodelle aus der Mille Miglia Serie mit exzellenten Chronographen-Uhrwerken und zentral (unter 12-Uhr) besonders schön integriertem Datum und den edel wirkenden aufgesetzten Indizes. Einzig die Kratzempfindlichkeit des Stahl-Gehäuses hätte vielleicht besser sein können.

Die aktuellen Mille Miglia Uhrenmodelle wirken im Vergleich zu den Jacky Ickx Edition 5-Modellen optisch deutlich "einfacher" hergestellt, andernfalls hätte ich auch gern das aktuelle Jacky Ickx Modell erworben.

Bei den Herrenuhren fehlt mir etwas die klare Strategie zum Premium-Segment. Chopard kann erstklassige Uhren bauen und sollte meines Erachtens deshalb auch besonders gelungene Uhrenmodelle nicht wie "Wegwerfuhren" durch neuere optisch "preiswerter" erscheinende Modelle in der Mille Miglia Serie ersetzen, sondern besonders gelungene Modelle aus dem Premiumsegment besser zeitgemäß moderat anpassen, wie es z. B. Rolex oder Porsche mit den 911er vormachen.

So vorbildlich wie der Service von Chopard arbeitet, so vorbildlich sollten sämtliche Herrenuhrenmodelle, einschließlich der Mille Miglia Serie und deren Sondermodelle, als Premium-Uhren positioniert werden.

(Chopard kann in der Schweiz nicht "billig", sondern nur "premium" produzieren. Das hat Herr Piech im Volkswagen-Konzern seinerzeit auch bei den Autos erkannt und VW vom Krisenunternehmen der 90er Jahre zum Weltkonzern im Premiumsegment mit Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, Ducati usw. aufgebaut.)

What an absolute joke of a company! I sent my £15000 watch for a new battery direct to Chopard and it came back broken!

'Unfortunately, this is not something we can rectify. I am attaching the official letter with an explanation that can be shared with the client.
We will send it back to you without any intervention.'

Ich kann mich leider den positiven Feedbacks nicht anschließen. Ich musste meinen Verlobungsring Happy Hearts zur Reparatur wegen schwarzer Flecken zwischen Glasscheiben zum 2 Mal (!) ( der Ring wurde erst vor 2 Jahren gekauft) in der Boutique in Zürich abgeben. Erst nach 1,5 Mon durfte ich den Ring abholen. Es gibt keine Garantie für den Fall und die Reinigung wurde in die Rechnung gestellt. Die Flecken kommen nur bei dem Ring vor. Ich trage noch einen Happy Diamonds Ring seit 5 Jahren alltäglich, bei dem ich solche Probleme nicht habe, sowie bei anderen Chopard Schmuckstücken.

It’s been a while, since we have been, in a shop, of a well known brand, where the representative was so involved in the philosophy of what she is selling. She was very attentive, listened carefully, has a lot of empathy. She knew all the things to say about Chopard we didn’t know yet. Very interesting. She picked up on the details. I recently purchased a pair of Chopard prescription glasses, but after a couple of days I had to return to my optician. The Chopards were the most uncomfortable pair of glasses I have ever worn. The nose pads were very roughly finished and dug into the side of my nose every time I moved. Not what I would expect from a pair of so called 'luxury' glasses. Fortunately the lovely dispenser at my optometrist managed to replace the nose pads with alternative ones so I can now wear the glasses, but this should not have been necessary if Chopard had finished the original nose pads to an acceptable standard.

Der Ring aus der Serie Happy Diamond ist sehr schön, aber bezüglich Qualität eine Katastrophe. Das Glas ist billig und verkratzt sehr schnell. Das gilt auch für die Goldfassung.
Reklamationen sind zwecklos. Der Kunde wird nicht annähernd ernst genommen.
Fazit: nie wieder Chopard.

I purchased a small Chopard mini mens wallet it was perfect size for my pocket not too big just right to hold all my cards. I bought the wallet a few years ago but overtime the leather has started to get very sticky I've tried the best saddle soaps along with other leather treatments but still no joy apart from the sticky leather the wallet is in perfect condition but unfortunately at this moment its probably going end up in the dustbin I've given it 3 Stars for the look and design. In the past I have purchased other Chopard items and they have been great but can't say the same for the Leather goods.
