From pre ordering to delivery Chronology were outstanding. All questions were answered quickly, honest responses and solutions were provided. The dining table is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely order from this company again in the future. Highly recommend.

The bookcase I ordered is exactly what was pictured/described on the website. Arranging the delivery was very straightforward, and the driver contacted us prior to delivery. Will definitely use Chronology again.

The bookshelves I bought are just what I wanted. They are exceptionally strong and the solid wood gives a different feel than engineered woods.

Excellent furniture, value for money and delivered close to the original timeframe mentioned when placing the order. Only caveat is that there could be better order updates via the website, but that's not enough to knock it down a star. Would use again.

Absolutely love my record player stand, it has plenty of space for Record Player, Amp and a good selection of my current favourite vinyls. Excellent service and exceptional delivery which surprised me as I live in the highlands and islands region. We placed the order and it came in the time frame they stated , they gave us a delivery date which was perfect for us and the driver arrived exactly on time , lovely gentleman, all round great service and the Hifi cabinet is perfect , very well made and solid , we are extremely happy with it , in fact we are now looking to place another order for a coffee table to match 👍🙂

We were very wary about purchasing our vinyl player cabinet from here as a few weeks before we'd been let down by another provider (possible scam)
We needn't have worried. Ordering was simple, communication was great throughout and the delivery was bob on. The cabinet itself is just what we were looking for and is quality.

What an amazing company with totally brilliant communications, throughout my order, with both Paul & Emma.

I told them from the start my order was not time sensitive in that I'd rather wait to get a well built item than have a rush job cobbled together. It did take a few weeks but my goodness, how pleased was I when it finally arrived. I got the longest industrial sideboard option and it IS very robustly and solidly built but my goodness it weighs some. Despite this, there was no charge whatsoever for delivery of this item from N. Yorkshire to S. Wales. Is that incredible or what? WOW!!! So much so I have screwed a set of six 5" commercial locking wheels to the underside, allowing me to move it with one finger for cleaning purposes.

For anyone contemplating a Chronology piece, I would whole heartedly urge you to go ahead, as disappointment is simply not a word recognised by Chronology or indeed Gemma and Paul.

To Paul & Gemma I would like to thank you for a beautiful piece of furniture & would tell you EVERY visitor to my home is mega impressed by my CHRONOLOGY industrisl sideboard!!!

Really lovely dining table plus two benches. Easy to assemble the legs onto the table (and we're not DIY savvy). Great communication. Sturdy piece of furniture which has received lots of compliments. Thank you!

Bookcase is incredible, can’t believe the amount of furniture you get for the price to be honest. Went with the antique finish and couldn’t be happier. Delivery driver Martyn was a top bloke too.
