I fell in love with Chupi jewellery when I came across the brand a few years ago and always knew I wanted my first Chupi piece to mark a special moment in my life. I had the best experience from the moment I contacted Chupi to book an appointment right through to visiting the store to choose the perfect engagement and wedding ring. Thank you to Cecilia for all her help and for making such a special moment in our lives even more memorable. I can't wait to mark more moments with Chupi in the future.

I purchased the North Star neclace which is very much marketed as an heirloom piece . Unfortunately the chain broke.. When I went to the store to see if it could be repaired I was advised this was not an option but I could replace the chain at a cost of 180 euro . This is so disappointing as if it’s meant to be jewellery for life then don’t t use soft gold chains that The store then does not recommend can be repaired. Of note my local jeweller repaired it for 20 euro however it has since snapped in another place, It seems to be just a lip service marketing campaign when it comes to the heirloom description of their jewellery and leaves me no confidence in the quality of the jewellery of their customer service. I suspect they know that there was an ongoing issue with the chain used as they have since replaced it with a different style!

Monica's customer service was excellent when I was having issues with my order delivery. The issues were entirely DHL Canada's fault, but Monica was great in following up on her end to see if there was anything further that could be done. Most importantly, my beautiful diamond Claddagh arrived safe and sound. Truly the most beautiful Claddagh I have ever seen or owned.

I am really happy with the support that Monica gave me and managing the delivery. She was very supportive and helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with Chupi, I definitely will use Chupi again.

I've just purchased my 5th ring with chupi today, with Cecelia, who arranged to call me after I emailed with a question about ring sizing after having a baby. She was so lovely, as everyone in Chupi always is. Also, very helpful, full of advice and great communication and professionalism. The rings are beautiful and I can't wait to get my next ring. Highly recommend.

Chloe was fantastic! From the moment we walked in she was so welcoming, helpful, and took the time to walk us through the jewelry and the history. We truly had a lovely experience and left with some beautiful purchases. A memorable experience for us!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first piece from Chupi, with the help of Cecilia. I have admired the jewellery for years and knew I wanted my first piece to have a special meaning. After my best friend became unwell recently, I had an idea to get us both the same piece of jewellery so that we would always have a reminder of each other. Unfortunately, she passed away very suddenly and I didn't get the chance to share this with her. To honour her legacy, Cecilia helped me pick a ring that I can wear as a reminder of her beautiful soul and I can't thank her enough for her empathy and warmth during my visit. I would thoroughly recommend.

I was visiting Dublin and happened to walk into Chupi to look for a wedding band. The sales associates were very kind and patient. I ordered my ring on the spot and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It arrived exactly 4 weeks after I ordered it which is impressive since it was made to order and shipped internationally. I also reached out to the customer service team to ask for it to be engraved and it did not take any extra time! I would highly recommend Chupi, everyone I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

I had the most amazing experience in the Chupi store today with Cecilia. I was looking to buy myself a special ring for a significant life moment and Cecilia couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. I had no clue what I wanted to go for and I tried on so many different styles and Cecilia guided me through every option giving me a bit of the back story behind the rings too. I left with not one but two amazing rings and an experience that I will never forget. I bought my first chupi piece 5 years ago, my experience then was just as amazing as it was today and it’s wonderful to see a company maintaining that level of experience over the years. The new store is fabulous as well it felt like such a treat.

For our anniversary my husband bought me the necklace with the 3 stones symbolising 3 stars with has sentimental value for us. I really like the fact that the chain has option of 3 different lengths. I have to mention Sadhbh who I met in store and had such a warm and helpful chat with and then follow up emails. She is a real asset to the team in Chupi. The presentation of the necklace was just lovely. I am looking forward to wearing my necklace.

Myself and my fiance attended chupi last Sunday 8th September 2024 as we had an appointment booked to have our engagement ring resized and to view wedding rings. We were running an hour late and panicking a little. We were met by Sadbhb at reception and she put us at ease straight away as she was very professional, calm and friendly. Sadbhb had great knowledge of the Chupi collection and we had chosen our wedding rings with great ease due to Sadbhbs guidance. She also resized our emerald engagement ring to perfection, as I had chosen one a little on the large side. I highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable engagement/wedding ring to look at Chupi first! Great work Sadbhb and thank you again.

Fantastic encounter with Cecilia from the beginning to the end. The team made sure we were respected and at ease, and the rings are stunning. I heartily suggest it to LGBTQ+ couples, as certain stores made my soon-to be husband feel really uncomfortable.

After your online consultation with Nancy, we were able to select the ideal wedding rings. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was in its was proper place.

Thrilled with my Starlight engagement ring. I knew I wanted a lab grown diamond and it's gorgeous, and the staff was really helpful throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for something special that's a little bit different.

We absolutely love our wedding rings, the staff was incredibly kind and inclusive as we had a not so good experience in another jeweler (I was with my girlfriend), making sure we felt comfortable. The ring are perfect-couldn't ask for more.
