Transaction history missed one card deposit from Friday evening. Balance had changed, card had charged, but the filter showed nothing for that day. The status did not explain the next step

The verification tab looked complete until cashout. Then a fresh request appeared and the payout stopped at review, which felt backwards. The detail mattered because the balance had changed.

The verification email lands in spam every single time, which they know since 2 agents have said as much. And nothing on the account screen tells you a file has been requested.

The account seemed easy to use until the whole experience felt more stressful than enjoyable. Even the FAQ failed to explain what was happending.
