THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAMP. DONT BUY FROM HRE THE MERCHANDISE IS BAD IS COMING FROM CHINA JAPAN OR SOMEWHERE IS ASIA. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE FEBRUARY 2019. I FINALLY CALLING THE AUTHORITIES

I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM LESS THAT 1 START.

Really bad quality. One item I never received and also didn't get the money back.

Es una página por la cual uno pide, paga y ellos no despachan. Me paso con un vestido y siempre que escribo contestan que están revisando, que me comunique con servicio al cliente que están solucionando. Mentiras, desde el 9 de marzo me tienen en lo mismo y la plata se la robaron. Porque no la devuelven ni la reintegran a la tarjeta de crédito y yo nunca recibí lo que compre.

wow i am loving my shopping. The items purchased are absolutely amazing, when i tried my items i was stunned by the quality and fitting. I think its time to upgrade my wardrobe now. hahaha. i will definitely will do shopping again.

To be honest this is the best dresses and shoes i ever order in my life. It was a perfect dress, perfect shoes with attracting quality that will go with any cloth that you wear to fit. I can vouch 100% for this product. Great quality well shaped shoes, outstanding dresses. Kudos to the crew.

I dont get why are people posting all this bad reviews? I mean I ordered couple of dresess and everything went just fine. Their customer service was also great since they gave my a number to track my order. Really don't think that they are bad. Will order from the for sure again

I find this very amusing. Every single one of the positive reviews that I just read have to be 100% someone from the company. They do that to keep unsuspecting people from shying away from ordering. Heed the warning everyone, this site and company is a complete scam and thievery at its best. The absolute, ABSOLUTE, worst company I have ever purchased from. They are common thieves and I cannot believe that the BBB allows them to stay in operation. I guess all we can do is warn you guys. Stay away!!!

DO NOT order from this website!!!! The clothes are cheap and customer service is impossible to work with. I made a return over a month ago and still have not received a refund. I am going to the Better Business Bureauand the California department of Consumer Affairs. WORST WEBSITE EVER. Pretty sure any good reviews were left by the company themselves.

So look at their reply below to the above review. It funny they are asking for my email when I have sent them no less than 15 emails for my refund. My most recent email was yesterday with no reply. However, they replied faster to a bad review. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will regret it.

I would like to thank you specially for your superb customer service. I ordered two jeans recently. But unfortunately one had a very little damage. I'm sure actually it was a mistake. Because I'm a big customer of you.This wasthe first time I faced with a problem like this. Because quality of your clothes are very reliable according to my experiences. Smart, well curated, tasteful, not overwhelming- so many great things- I couldn' t believe how much I liked here. My favorite new store.

Two out of the three items did not fit. That’s OK, sometimes that happens and we can return our items. But at Cicilook we have to pay shipping and they told me that it was so expensive I could keep them and they would give me $18 or $22 coupon in return. That nowhere near covers the cost of the items. We emailed back-and-forth many times to try and resolve the return. They kept telling me to scroll down to a detail page where the SKU numbers are but there was no detail page to scroll down to. Their clothes have no tags on them so you don’t know what size they are or what they are made of. I ordered three smalls but couldn’t even get them over my head! I would never order from them again! I wish I would have read the reviews before I did.

WORST Retail experience EVER!! I ordered 2 blouses 1-25-2019 and paid for shipping 7-15 business days. After 6 weeks and little to no customer service response other than - have patience and I will have my colleagues get this shipped right away. I told them to cancel the order as it obviously not shipped as they didn't even have a shipping order #. I received the package 2 weeks later- 2 months total and was more than disappointed the blouses ran VERY small and quality was bad. They wouldn't give me an RMA to return the items just the run around and told me shipping is expensive so I should give them as a gift to someone.I returned to them paying again for shipping which is my 3rd time for paying for shipping as they refused delivery from my 1st return attempt. STILL waiting for the credit 3+ months. HORRIBLE experience!

I absolutely love shopping at this store! Their product is of high quality.
