quality fabric, an efficient team thas seems to know what they are doing. the discounts are great and are mostly the reason I keep coming for more.

This place is a joke and I believe they are doing some fraudulent activity. I placed an order over a month ago. I received 2 emails with tracking numbers for my order and of course the tracking numbers are invalid. A legit company wouldn’t send invalid tracking numbers from a bogus tracking website. If you don’t want to loose money don’t order from this company.

I would give this company a zero on customer service. Back in March I ordered a top they told me it was discontinued so I asked for a refund. I did not want to re-order anything from the company to date which is May 2 I have not gotten a refund even though I have had numerous emails telling me I should get a refund soon. So now I am pursuing getting the word out about this bogus company. I hope nobody else gets stung like I have! I have logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & PayPal. It’s obvious if there is a good review, it’s from someone that works there.

Items ordered on 2 Feb 2019, received approx three weeks later. All items poor quality, cheap and poorly sized - nothing true to size.
Returned items on 1st March and emailed proof of postage as requested by company. Have emailed several times regarding refund and am still waiting. Do not touch this company! Have now logged a 'dispute' with Paypal. Will see if I get a refund!

UPDATE: Well, I received a full refund from Paypal. Shame I could not be reimbursed for the postage which cost almost £20 from UK to China though. Thought that was the end of it, but what do you know, the parcel was returned FROM CHINA and back on my doorstep on 28th June! This whole saga started on 2nd February. Longest shopping experience ever and will not be repeated.What a total waste of time and money. Buyer beware!

Do not order from this organization! This company is fraud! Other victims, please submit a complaint via ECONSUMER.GOV (site to report international scams) and let’s help put a stop to this!

I ordered several items and received less than half. The items I did receive looked NOTHING like their advertised product. I requested a refund for the missing items and they said it would take up to 2 weeks. It’s now been 2 months. I was told on May 1 my refund was processed and to check my account but of course, no refund. I confirmed there was no refund in my account and their reply is the same (your refund has been processed, check your account).

the customer care in this store gave me such an easy time in my last order. The entire process took a month and I am glad I even waited because I was more than impressed with the quality of the jacket

this site offers we customer the freedom to choose all what we want and the comfort of everyone.personally i just place order at comfort of my home and its delivered.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this store and lucky me I received a massive discount. They even went ahead to help me track the shipment making my work easy.

I ordered 3 blouses on 3/24/19 with an estimate date of delivery in 3-7 business days. I still have not received the third blouse which is after almost 6 weeks! I recently received the other 2 white blouses that were of such poor quality it was ridiculous! The material was so cheap it was outrageous. I have reached out to get a refund and they have refused; I tried to cancel and they refused. I have tried to go through dispute resolution - there is no such thing.
Do not deal with this company!!

It took almost 3 months for my item to arrive. I ordered a sweater and by the time it arrived the weather was too warm to wear it. The customer care was horrible, after each email I sent complaining that my item still hadn't arrived I was told to 'be patient'. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

When we are looking for clothing we want platforms that will meet our needs and desire. Communication is very important. I love how this store followed up until I received my order on time. I am going to buy from them again and again

I came across some very impressive dresses from this store and they delivered on time. Their low quality and amazing discounts is what will bring me here again and again. I can even sell to my friends because they already love these dresses

Ordering from cicilookshop wasn’t entirely beyond what I hoped for but their service was quite awesome. Navigating on the site was easy and I particularly like the quality of product they offer. All in all, it was satisfying to buy from them
