Ich bat um mein Geld zurÌck aber bekam keine Antwort. Nachdem ich dies Klarna mitteilte und die das prÌften lehnte Cigbest bei Klarna die ZurÌckzahlung ab. Sie haben noch nicht mal eine Auftrags und VersandbestÀtigung geschickt aber nehmen Geld fÌr keine Leistung. Fehler können passieren aber man sollte sie lösen und auf jeden Fall Ansprechpartner sein und helfen. Ich hatte ja Ware gekauft und nicht Cigbest eine Spende Ìberreicht.
