the ordered goods were incomplete. the customer service is sufficient. 3fape and 2deal are better. very unfortunate. despite the great website.

My order came after 16 days and all works perfect. They have good taste. With this i can vape minimum a week ( 10000 puffs), i also like the bigger ones with 20000, 25000 puffs.
Nothing bad to say about this company.

I've ordered from this shop a few times. Shipping to Germany is a bit slow, but my orders always arrived. One time, they forgot a cheap product under $4, but their support was great and gave me a $5 discount on my next order. I'll definitely buy from them again.

CigBest was with uge discount at a Mod Geekvape Legend 3 for 0,00€.
Ofc i decided to give it a try, i only had to pay for transport, so yesterday i did the payment .
But i was septical about it so i decided to mail the company wwitch so far havn't answered, but my order was canceled without any refound so far.
The worst part is that when i try to track my money, the card says it was used at qorshopx.com witch has nothing to do with my vapes buy.

Update: The support send me this message without sending me the money back or the product: "Please do not come to our website to place any orders in the future, because trust is mutual and we do not want to continue to serve you."
besides never recognizing the mistake, or even saying sorry for inconvinience this was they last statement ignoring all the 6 or 7 other messages that i sent after that.
So please be carefull with you money, and they'r miraculous promotions .

Had another great experience with this webshop. They always send out their products fast so I have receive them within two weeks. It comes from China, but I never have any issues with customs!

I paid the amount with my credit card and received an order confirmation by email. But could not see the amount on my bank account (and that was surprising). The next day I could see that they had withdrawn more than what I had bought for. They reply the next day:;

"This has something to do with the international payment exchange ratewe can add ..USD to your membership account so that you can use it in your next order what do you think"

Beware. And keep an eye on your bank account

No Response to E-Mails, No shipment, No refund. Spent 80€ for nothing 😤

After I placed my order and paid for the items, the status of the order remained unchanged for 2 weeks, even though it was advertised as 24-48h shipping. There have been several attempts to contact CigBest either through their webpage per message or through email, to get an update of the order and to ask for a refund since the items have not shipped, but I have not received any response at all. This webpage does not seem trustworthy and currently I have neither the ordered items nor my money. I contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback on the credit card and I provided them with the timeline and prove of the interactions. I would advise to stay away.

Everyone take care of them. Thieves. I bought an atomizer from them for $29.27, the money was taken from my account, two days later they deducted $27 from my account again. They sent an email with no news about my order and nothing.

Very long delivery, information 0. Until you ask them yourself, they do not notify you of anything. Delivery times on the website are not valid. On average, the goods will have to wait about a month.
