I would strongly advise not to buy from Cinch, if anything goes wrong with the car there after care support is atrocious. They contact a local garage but then I have not heard back for over 3 days despite chasing. I have bought a car that had tyre warning light come on within 30 miles of leaving, so just needs a new tyre which they have agreed to assess and cover if needed but they are unable to make a booking at a garage. I'm now left with a car I cannot drive until Cinch repair it or to pay for a new tyre myself but Cinch then wonr reimburse the cost.

Car delivered ok. When I asked driver if it drove ok, he replied 'you've got two weeks to return it'. The 200 mile limit is mostly used up by delivery. Not a great start. Front tyres are near legal limit. Brake disks and pads all round will need replacing. Rear tyres are new, cheap, and balanced by the new apprentice... 30g out each! Feels like a very used car at 26k miles. Looking forward to getting it into mercedes to see what else is wrong. All things mentioned are excluded from warranty so pointless endeavour there. Would not purchase from cinch again, especially long distance. Ok if second car shopping but a friend is also buying from cinch. Also used up 200 miles for delivery. Lots wrong and over a week for them to collect and refund. Avoid.

car supplied was not road worthy! solution from Cincj was ring RAC or wait 2 days for a home visit! Cinch aftercare was not good, but selling a car with issues is totally not acceptable

I was stressed trying to sort out the car so spoke to Clare Morgan she was very helpful took the stress from me and made sure I could get the car on the 3rd of August she is a credit to cinch car company and made my experience a lot easier 👍

I was sold a rogue and unsafe vehicle, even though Cinch obviously did not even check rhis out. I decided totake it to my mechanic as I was not sure of the way the car was performing, where he advised me not to drive it at all as there were a substantial number of issues and damage to the vehicle and get it returned immediately.

I advised Xinch about this and tbey did arrange for collection of car and a refund of all payments made

Never known car buying to be so easy. Super simple to part-exchange and super friendly and helpful staff. Even the servicing team who came to my address to fix a couple of issues I had, super simple to get in contact and arrange get help especially under warranty

I had a really positive experience with the Cinch Car Warehouse in Corby. My previous car had broken down unexpectedly, so I needed a replacement as quickly as possible due to my long commute to work and because having two cars makes life much easier for my family.

I started looking on the Cinch website and was really impressed with the range of cars available. The search filters made it easy to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, and the PCP finance calculator was particularly helpful for comparing options and working out what was affordable.

Although the warehouse normally requires you to book an appointment to view a specific car, we were hoping to compare a couple of different options. Despite arriving with only one car booked, the team were happy to let us look at two vehicles and even test drive one at short notice. That made a huge difference, as I actually ended up choosing my second option instead.

The finance process was also simple and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, and while optional extras such as the extended warranty and tyre package were offered, there was absolutely no pressure to buy them. Unlike some other dealerships I’ve visited, the staff weren’t pushy or focused on making a sale. Instead, they genuinely wanted to help me find the right car and get me on the road as efficiently as possible.

A special thank you to Josh, who looked after us throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made everything run smoothly from start to finish.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Cinch Corby to anyone looking for a hassle-free, transparent car-buying experience.

I picked up my car from Cinch Corby and had an issue 20 minutes later. The only offer of help was call the RAC Or wait two days. What sort if company sells you cars that need roadside assistance straightaway?

My wife and I made an appointment on the 29/6/26 at your Corby Warehouse to look at a Hyundai Tucson premium NJ69FYX and take it for a test drive on the same day. When out in the car with the rep we discovered there was a knocking when Brakeing when we got back to the warehouse we were assured by the rep that the knocking would be fixed and the car would be ready to pick up in seven days time. So we duly turned up on the 6th of July and were told all the problems with the car had been fixed and it was safe to drive away so we signed the relevant paperwork and left but as we got less than half a mile down the road we realized that the problem was still there and had not been fixed so we brought the car back immediately. We Were told it would be taken for a test drive by an engineer and then looked at. After a 5-hour! wait we were told there was a problem with the front discs and brake pads and was not safe to be on the road.we were then promised that the problem would be fixed as soon as they got the new parts and give us a call when it would be ready. Then drive home in the part exchanged car .Then by phone we were told it would be a little bit longer because the car needed brake fluid change. Then a few days later we've got another call telling us the ABS sensor needed to be replaced and it would be a few more days then we got another call telling us the offside caliper and near side caliper needed replacing so it would be a few more days longer then we got another call saying that the front engine master cylinder needed to be replaced then we got another call telling us the front engine ABS pump needed to be replaced. This has taken 3 weeks! to get nowhere.The car has also been taxed and insured from 6th July by me Insurance moved over from the part exchange car to new car as you can understand this is very very frustrating. Surely this vehicle would have been tested mechanically and looked at mechanically before it was even put on the forecourt or advertised on your website. Is this the policy of Cinch to sell cars that are unsafe and not road worthy? I am 73 years old and I have bought many cars but I can honestly say this is the worst experience of buying a car I have ever had.I have now cancelled the car and I am still waiting for my refunds.

From start to finish it was excellent. I was telephoned on a few occasions with of how it all works and the information e mailed to me was absolutely great . I was a little apprehensive about buying in line but my son persuaded me and so glad he did . The delivery was great too. I would recommend this company to anyone

Easy to deal with however the Sat nav card was missing when I collected car, staff at the collection point told me to phone customer service, who promised to put one in the post, even followed it up with an email but It’s a month now and it still hasn’t arrived.

Corby cinch was brilliant from start to finish especially Oliver and Ian. Make sure you book an appointment and don't just turn up. Highly recommend.

As an elderly lady who is still coming to grips with online shopping I found buying a car from Cinch easier than I expected...when I floundered Customer Services explained clearly and promptly exactly what I needed to do and now my car has been safely delivered..by a delightful young lady who answered all my extra questions I must add and I am delighted with it....so all I can say is that I am happy to have been 'Cinched'....

My car arrived and the light inside the car wasn’t working which makes me think what else have they missed if they missed such a small obvious fix. The car wasn’t cleaned in details there were a lot of built up dust and sticky residue inside the car and even on the car keys which I think from cinch i expected a little more attention the detail. The customer service is great, very helpful and quick to respond.

Booked a 1pm - 6pm delivery. It came at 7.50am. I thought it would come on a low loader but the driver had driven it here. So the mileage was 200 miles more than stated on the particulars. 3 deep stratches and 1 x stone chip on the car. When I complained, it took them 4 days to respond and they said 'sorry your car was dirty. Here's £50 to take it to a car wash'. I'm now returning it as I have no confidence the matter will be resolved within my 14 day return period. So, now I have to start again despite having insured it and filled out all the V5C paperwork etc. Nightmare!
