Absolutely disgusted with this company I rang up and asked if a skip was available for that day they said yes I asked how much for a 6 yard skip they said £340 Inc vat so I agreed and paid I then received an email saying £408 was taken out of my account and the skip wasn't coming until the next day I rang them back and asked why is says next day delivery and Mitchell Mason who was a complete jobs worth said its not its booked in for today within the hour I then rang back again and a different person answered the phone I asked again when was my skip coming she said tomorrow I asked if I could cancel she said yes but its £60+VAT I argued against the fee and then accepted it was coming the next day. So the next day came and it still hadn't been delivered and still haven't heard of them and they won't answer my calls
Great experience
Just like to say Olivia was very helpful and very polite can’t fault service with circle waste keeped me informed with my purchase .deff recommend this company to use for hiring a skip .If need another in the future deff using them again and deff recommend to friends and family .
SHOCKING SERVICE
Ordered a skip as had been let down last minute by another company, assured it would be delivered, they took payment over the phone and then didn't deliver the skip or bother to inform that it hadn't been delivered! had to phone and ask where it was to be informed none available until next week! appalling service....should of looked at the reviews first, lesson learned!!

Utterly Appalling Service and Deceptive Pricing!
I am beyond frustrated with the atrocious service I received from this company. While they were quick to process my order – a small positive in an otherwise terrible experience – their pricing practices are nothing short of deceptive and extortionate.
As a central service that outsources to smaller skip hire companies, you'd expect transparent pricing, but what I got was a manipulative negotiation tactic. The representative I spoke with initially quoted £216, then 'graciously' offered a "reduced" price of £195. When I persisted, mentioning a previous cost of £180 for the same skip, he begrudgingly agreed to £180 if i order same day. This entire exchange felt incredibly unprofessional.
However, the real nightmare began after I provided my debit card details. Without skipping a beat, he announced the charge would be £216, claiming this included VAT – a detail he conveniently omitted from all prior discussions! My protests fell on deaf ears; the money was already taken. I was left paying an outrageous £216 for a skip that should have cost around £153 when my customer called another skip company the next day. This is an absolutely ridiculous markup and a blatant rip-off. I feel completely ripped off..
Cancelled without any notification
Cancelled without any notification. Only found out collection was cancelled when I phoned to enquire where they had got to on morning of collection . No apologies then or since. They are in the right business, RUBBISH !

Terrible experience just avoid them. They are completely unprofessional cause you trouble and terrible customer service. Avoid them and avoid their management complete failure
Abysmal service
Abysmal service. Basically they seem to be a central company that outsources work to other smaller skip hire. Unfortunately this means that they make promises they can't keep and don't understand how their outsourced companies work. We were made all sorts of promises about delivery, collection, timings etc. It was so dire, we wrote an official complaint as their practices had implications for our own company, but unfortunately they chose to ignore the complaint.
Use your money elsewhere.
Very poor.
Ordered a skip. Took money straight away. Promising next day delivery. Phoned next day to be told skip size not available for 3 more days.

I am very upset first-time customer.
I have had nothing but problem from the first day I ordered a skip from your company.
On the 6th May at 4pm I phoned in and order a 12Yrd skip, the lady asked me on the phone what time I would like the skip delivered. 8-9pm she gave me a delivery slot, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE RECORDINGS.
On the 9th the skip was to be delivered, I noticed it wasn’t delivered at 10.40am I emailed in proof attached asking where the skip was. I then called in and was told that they do not have the skip in stock?????? And they are waiting for one to become available, I wasn’t told this at the time of booking I paid for an available skip, and also why give me a delivery choice slot if you know you can’t adhere to it and you took my money knowing there wasn’t an available skip.
I then got an email back from Lauren Berry, (EMAIL ATTACHED) saying that she will chase this up, then when I found out that when I found out that the slot was never to be given in the first place. I explained to Lauren and the lady on the phone call Lilly that I needed to know because I live in a Cul-de-Sac, and I need to make sure my neighbours don’t block the skip entrance. I gave the lady my number and was told driver will call me I phone in and gave the lady the number, well no one called they had 2 number for me and no phone call.
Finally, the skip turned up at about 12.43. 3hr from the slot that I was given, phone call recorded. I had to book half day off from work, due to the failure timeslot.
COLLECTION OF THE SKIP.
On the 28th of May, I called in on to say that the skip was ready for collection, the lady on the phone said to me that this WILL be collected on the Friday 30th before 5pm, I noticed no one turned but FAIL COLLECTION please listen to the recording.,
I called in again on 2nd and was told they will collect before 5pm that day, NO ONE TURNED UP 2ND failed collection. Wasted time off work. (Please see proof of my phone calls.) and check your recordings I then called the number on the skip, 02088534796 and was told that the driver will be with me on 3rd before 5pm, and that you guys don’t own the vans u just take ppls money.
NO ONE TURNED UP, 3rd FAILD COLLECTION wasted AL taken from work. Called Tuesday sent an email yesterday, no reply. Then today the skip guy just turned up to my door no phone call I was in the middle of a meeting.
He said he cant take the skip because there is a mattress in in, I then said I will remove it, but because I was alone and 6months pregnant I couldn’t get the mattrass out its embedded fair enough when I asked my brother to pack the skip, he didn’t know about the mattress and we understand our mistake, however what about YOURS I have wasted annual leave miss sold from the start, and was promised a phone call before the driver turned up no one called me
Now the lady today that was very rude, saying I have to pay £108 to get the driver to come back, when ur company has also caused me so much stress and wasted AL. I would like these phones called listen to, and notes checked also the fee waved for my inconvenience too. Or is this one sided now I am stuck with a skip I cant afford the fee to remove the.
Took my money but no delivery
Ordered a skip online and paid for it and the money was taken from my bank. Thought it was strange I didn't have any order confirmation so rang up on the day of the delivery to which I was told they had no record of my order. Spent ages on the phone trying to find any history of the order and was finally told they found it but something had gone wrong and it hadn't gone through properly (conveniently the money had though!) The man on the other end of the phone was lovely and couldn't be more apologetic and managed to sort my order for the next day but still disappointing.

I so wish I had read the reviews. However, having called and booked my skip with what I thought was a local skip hire company, Johnsons Skip Hire, I have since found out my job was sent to Circle Waste Management and the skip was delivered by Blackpole Recycling.
Needless to say, it's now proving painful to try and get the skip collected. We have been waiting a week for this and have called 3 times.
Customer Service is shoddy and unhelpful. I was told that my waiting on hold for nearly half an hour is "not our fault that we are busy"!!
Yesterday I was told a collection was scheduled for this morning (3.6.25).
Today I was told I had to call again tomorrow to find out what is happening!
I certainly won't be using their services again.
Stay clear of these charlatans
We hired a skip from these charlatans, and if I could offer less than one star, I would. We called and hired a skip was charged £360, and were told that for 4 weeks they would come and take the full one away and replace it with an empty one, as we are having our driveway lifted and a new one put down. They are now saying they want to charge another £360 to come and take the full one away and leave an empty one in its place. We have asked for the call recording for this and have been told they won't send this to us, and they have been nothing short of rude and obnoxious from everyone we have spoken with. I will be taking this up with Trading Standards and putting a no-nonsense review on LinkedIn, although their CEO has taken the facility away from his page, allowing anyone to message him directly
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAM
Absolute scammers my elderly mother ordered a large skip £300 and a van turned up and took 3 items that the council would have taken for £25..When she rang up to complain she was fobbed off and given a false email address to contact.

This company are awful I ordered a skip for next day delivery for it not to come then the next day it never come and the next until they cancelled my order and I’m still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later
Driver refused skip with no reason as he wanted to go home early on a Friday
Driver turned up down the street didn't even attempt to take the skip with his truck. He got out of his truck walked to the skip touched the skip with his hand and then refused it claiming its too heavy which i know for a fact is not the case. He then changed his excuse later on once he spoke to he manager. I made a a complaint and was told I would get a call back from the manager today which has no happened. I am now left with a full skip blocking my drive. absolutely shocking company they are fine with taking your money though. Currently having to go through my bank to get my money back
