I had an issue with the dryer.
I had an issue with the dryer.. after my clothes finished, they were not dried properly. I contacted customer care and was connected with Sophia. She was kind and polite and helped me get a refund.

Thanks to Beth’s help, I was able to resolve the issue quickly and receive a refund. The only slight drawback is that the chat connection often drops or disappears; I hope this can be addressed.

It is a scam
It is a scam, I have lost so much money trying to use their broken machines, not only that the customer service is scam.
I had some funds in my account, asked them to refund it as I will not be using circut laundry again. They removed the money from my account but it was never deposited in my PayPal. It has been a few months now. It never reached my paypal but the funds are gone from my account.

Easy and helpful customer service!
I had Lauren assist me in refunding my payment for a faulty washing machine. I had paid on the terminal but it did not activate the machine. The money was refunded very quickly without any fuss.

I live in the Murano Street…
I live in the Murano Street accomodations for Glasgow Uni. I ran into Katie while doing my laundry. She was so helpful, checking to make sure that the room was clean and that each of the machines was in perfect condition. I love how this company is focused on providing a positive customer experience!

I go to the University of Birmingham and stay in Unite Students Battery Park and a lovely man named Craig was very helpful fixing the system when doing my washing. He had great skills and was very effective and quick! He also had great customer service skills which reflected hugely when you spoke to him.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Rob from Circuit during his maintenance visit at The Cube Greenwich. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions about the functioning of the machines. Charged three times instead of one
I had a problem on Saturday 6th of March where I was charged three times instead of one for using a dryer and Sully was of great help and eventually refunded me. Thanks Sully !!!!!

Predatory company
Predatory company. I used the last money I had for a wash, instead of buying food this week. I am a broke student who, weekly has about £25 to live from. Clothes came out the dryer after 2 FULL cycles still wet. They absolutely stink. For a basic wash+dry cycle at my Univesity for a small load you're looking at £5.50 MINIMUM!!! Bear in mind your clothes will not come out the dryer dry. Student Accom bans the use of clothes dryers in our dorms. I'm sure circuit had their hands in that.
