The team at City guardians were amazing from start to finish. Advised me on how to get rid of the squatters in my property. Assisted with the legal aspects and secured until sold. I would highly recommend and will use for all of my portfolio going forward.

I dealt with the manager for new business who was very professional in all aspects.
The remedial works were carried out quickly and to a very high standard.
All my questions were answered fully and i would highly recommend this service to people looking to ensure protection of their properties.
I will be using this service again

A big thank you to City Guardians. They've ensured the safety and security of our vacant properties as we undergo planning changes. Their communication throughout the process is always superb, and we can sleep easy knowing the buildings are less exposed to risks of being vacant and unoccupied. Highly recommend!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the service the team provide. They're always professional in our dealings and provide swift access when required to any of our properties. Good service compared to what I have received elsewhere.
